I have my chicken all sliced. Will have to make a quick trip to the asian store and get couple of ingredients and will be making the satay, cucumber salad and peanut sauce for dinner tonight. Will let you know how it came out. Thanks for the recipe.

Love the recipe. I go to my regular Thai restaurant and I order this peanut and rice noodle dish(it's #3 special on the menu),while my husband orders Pad Thai. I haven't seen any recipes on RUclips on how to make this,or if it is not an official Thai dish....it is delicious and I make a stir fry and mix the peanut sauce with the rice noodles...just wondering if there is a dish and if so,could you make it? It would be greatly appreciated.

The Massaman Curry looks like second to none but here in Germany in a really good Asia Shop its looks like absolute different. Thats my Quetion.... Because i know the prepaided masalas... But i want to Do a Real autentic Food
