I've dealt with Wayne on two cars. I find him to be an exceedingly straightforward, honest businessman.

Look, when your in the business that Wayne is in and do the amount of business he does, eventually somebody has sour grapes. I have met Wayne twice at Mecum Kissimmee and he strikes me as a stand up guy.

As stated in your video, Wayne had purchased the car in good faith so why should it impact his business when some other crooked dealer further down the line had been dishonest.

When I was in college a local car dealership cheated me on the purchase of a used car. I asked for the return of my money or at least have the needed repair work done. The owner of the business told me to "shove it." Fast forward, while employed by a large utility company I was able to cancel, just by myself, an order for 90 fleet automobiles submitted by the same cheating dealer. He was outraged, but when I explained my experience (and others), corporate agreed and we bought from a competitor. Cheating dealer later went bankrupt.

I've known more honest mechanics than dealers, but honest dealers are really hard to come by.

At the end of the day, he's a used car salesman. Their entire job description is to convince a buyer that a car is worth more than it actually is in order to turn a profit. The more they can extract the better for them. Most often that leads to descriptive practices.

He would be nothing if not for his father doing all the hard work. He is obviously spoiled silly and makes his way from his father's connections!
