MY OBSERVATION - The family and the victim filed FIR because the doctors refused treatment because of the nature of the case requiring FIR. Also why is the sister feeling hesitant to reveal everything and money paid by Benjamin and family shows his whole family knows about it and should be interrogated. No victim should hide as it only encourages the predators.

The story is somewhere complicated in my view. Since the culprit's wife has also saw the act and still no reaction and also the parents were offering money to the victims... Both the husban and wife must be question thoruoghly and punished the culprits.... The village youth organisation also must not keep quite in this....
How could the victim's family accept the money given by the rapist family? Why on earth had she gone to eat food in the rapist home in the first place? Were they all drunk or what?
