To whoever posted this HD walkthrough of Disney's Math Quest with Aladdin, from the bottom of my heart, I can't thank you enough. This game in addition to Disney's Reading Quest with Aladdin contributed more of the Aladdin franchise to me than you'll ever know. The memories are breathtaking, and the knowledge of what the two did for me is a privilege and an honor to remember. At this point, I'd walk to Agrabah just to play those two games back to back, from start to finish one last time.
Me too so much. I LOVE this game to this day. One of the first things I'm doing when I get a PC is I'm playing this and all my old Disney games again. XD
I used to play this on my old Windows ME PC, but it froze at some points, such as when the game arrived in the palace dungeon and when I tried to skip Very Uncommon's speech in the Magic Carnival
Aww this has some good memories. I used to play this at the public library as a kid when I stayed over at my grandparent's house. I mainly remembered the gemstone part, I must have been really stuck on it as a kid lol. Oh the fight to get back to the same computer to make sure I could play my file...
Thank you for uploading this video! When I was young, I couldn’t understand English, so at that time I just randomly play.(Fortunately math is global language.X-D)Now I finally can grasp all the words in the game.
Hang on! If this is the full version of the game, then they cut some dialogue out of the demo, which is what I played. In the demo, I remember the dialogue going like this: Full version (in the video): Genie: "Oh my gosh...we're in some sort of chamber of horrors!" Iago: "Chamber of horrors is right; we're in the palace dungeon! Genie: Hey! Where's everybody else? (he said something else but I can't remember at this point) The evil genie Bizarra must have taken Al, Jasmine, and Abu somewhere else. We have to find them, they could be in trouble." Iago: "And how're we gonna do that? We're trapped in the dungeon! Do you know what all this humidity is gonna do to my feathers? Oh great, look at this...I'm already starting to molt." I also remember there being no reverb effect on the dialogue while with Genie and Iago in the dungeon, and there were no musical jingles present.
They can get Robin Williams to reprise Genie for an edutainment game in 1998 but not the epic Kingdom Hearts games in the early 2000s? Regardless, I have fond memories of this game, made better by having the familiar voice cast, most notably Robin Williams and Gilbert Gottfried, in this game. This game was just as I remembered it when I was 9: simple yet effective, charming and funny, atmospheric and sometimes creepy (I'm looking at you creepy Fortune Teller!). Ah, good times.
Disgaealikerasap well the reason is because after he returned in Aladdin and the King of Thieves, he made one last deal with Disney. He will return as Genie as long as it’s in something educational
yeah I admit I tried putting the disc in on my computer, it didn't work out the way I had hoped, so I've beentryignt of ind a way to play it again, even if I have to find a step-by-step instruction book
Windows XP 2002 (32 bit). There were no problems installing. I think window operating systems made after 2005 would have compatibility issues with these old cd games.
You should do a complete 100% play through of A Bug's Life Active Play as there is no complete play through of it on You tube (even on one that says its 100% complete)
okay..... I've searched EVERYWHERE. is there someplace I can play this online?? I'd love a throwback day!! can someone send me a download?? I've tried all the downloads out there and all I get is text files :(
I remember my dad giving me this game because I always had trouble with math (dyscalculia's a bitch). I'm not sure if it helped much, but I remember having fun with it.
So awesome they got Robin Williams to do Genie for this game. RIP, my man.

True
Was expecting Dan Castellaneta's voice to come out of Genie's mouth... Instead I heard Robin Williams.
That was a pleasant surprise. :)
+Jackie McCann May he rest in peace.
Robin Williams was only available until Great Minds Think 4 Themselves. 😊
Genie isn't Genie without Robin Williams.
We ain't never had a friend like Robin. =')
Well the reason was because he made a promise with a Disney that he’d voice Genie as long as it was in something educational
i loved this game when i was young. what a trip down memory lane, thank you for uploading this
katherined I visit I it every now and then after a few drinks. Such a present.
This game's design and aesthetics are amazing. Crystal potions, a vanishing carnival, a floating pyramid... just awesome.
Love how Robin voices Genie in this game but not in Return of Jafar. He at least voiced in one thing about an evil genie
Bless you for making this series. I haven't seen this game since 1st grade and it's amazing to see it again.
This takes me back. I still have this game somewhere.
Man I loved this game. The voice acting really takes me back...RIP Robin Williams, but thank you so much for giving us that wacky Genie.
Actually that Dan Castilian voice not Robin Williams voice...
dmuldoon22 Voicing the Genie? I'm pretty sure that's Robin and I can't find anywhere that said otherwise.
dmuldoon22
I used to love these computer games back in the day !
Bizarra always scared me as a kid, as well as the mummy spirit! So glad to see this game posted! :D :D
I got scared of that fortune teller as well
RIP Robin Williams. I hope we meet for the first time in the afterlife one day. Love and miss you.
Please don’t be sad he’s in Heaven
Oh this brings back memories, I loved this game as a kid
I played this game a LOT with my cousin and the voice acting and even little sound effects bring it all back!
Am I the only person who found this whole educational game creepy and some characters and noise of the ambiance to be scary?
Me too!!!!
So did I, but it was awesome!
Don't be rude.
I have to say that this is the creepiest kids' game I've ever played, and I still own it to this day!
As a kid I played this at night and when bezara would Scared me also the spider seen I always hated
OHMY GOD MY CHILDHOOD! This is how to make a game educational without getting rid of the fun and wonder.
Thanks for uploading this. One of my favorite Disney interactive games .
This was my first PC game, and I played it...a little too much. You can't get more nostalgic than now for me...
i am having the same feeling as you bro...... such great memories associated with this game
Me too so much. I LOVE this game to this day. One of the first things I'm doing when I get a PC is I'm playing this and all my old Disney games again. XD
Challenge accepted! I could repeat every word of this game in my daydreams!
I used to play this on my old Windows ME PC, but it froze at some points, such as when the game arrived in the palace dungeon and when I tried to skip Very Uncommon's speech in the Magic Carnival
This game was always so spooky to play but I loved it for that reason. So much nostalgia with this game!
Thank you so much for uploading this! Used to play this all the time as a child ; good memories!!
Oh my god this is nostalgic
This is still one of my fave PC games, even though it's an easy and short game.
In fact, I'd play it an X number of times for hours. :D
4:45 GG and RW 4:52 Right 5:05 SW LL and FW

I remember that game so well.
WOW WOW WOW SO MANY MEMORIES!
My kids will play this game so help me god. RIP Robin Williams. I’m 27 and this was a big part of my childhood. RIP
The market scene at the very end is the best part
I remember thinking as a 5 year old that this was the toughest game of my life, I slaved over the stupid jewels. And now it's like...that's it?
Thank you for uploading this video! When I was young, I couldn’t understand English, so at that time I just randomly play.(Fortunately math is global language.X-D)Now I finally can grasp all the words in the game.
So much memories from my childhood!
thank you so much for uploading this, this was one of my very first games~
Why don't they make games like this anymore? I loved this as a kid.
Not sure whats more impressive: that they got Robin Williams back as the Genie for this, or they managed to get Jonathan Winters to voice a spider!
12:11 That is a dick. Well played, Disney Interactive.
Oh my god I loved this game growing up!
aaaw man, the memories when math was fun for me.
God I miss this game SO much, i'd give just about anything tto play it on a computer that would let it work.
#RIPRobinWilliams
Even though Robin Williams was a huge video game fan, this sadly was the only video game that he lead his voice to.
+Frank S
Only games I can think of that he played were Zelda games (Most likely Link to the Past, the first one, and Ocarina of Time)
I have this game to this day, and I am glad to see it here!
you able ot play it? I've been dying to relive the childhood memories
The Genies are sure Magical
🧞♀️🧙♀️
THE NOSTALGIA!!!
Nostalgia overload
The Crystal part was tricky.
I had this game. I played it, then the spider showed up and I just said "nope". Well, OK, I think I rescued Aladdin, and then stopped.
Hang on! If this is the full version of the game, then they cut some dialogue out of the demo, which is what I played. In the demo, I remember the dialogue going like this:
Full version (in the video):
Genie: "Oh my gosh...we're in some sort of chamber of horrors!"

I also remember there being no reverb effect on the dialogue while with Genie and Iago in the dungeon, and there were no musical jingles present.
I never knew this was robin Williams !!
They can get Robin Williams to reprise Genie for an edutainment game in 1998 but not the epic Kingdom Hearts games in the early 2000s? 21:22 Genie was Demoman before TF2 made it a thing. XD
Dude, that's Jonathan Winters as the Spider Mama!
God Bless him!
I thought that voice sounded familiar! :D
I miss Robin Williams.
Childhood game !!
Well at least Gilbert gottfried as Iago in every part of the game
Aladdin one was game with her magical need your helping can been gems and crystals all place.
You should play Disney's Villains' Revenge
Bubble Fan Perhaps around Halloween time... :)
does this work for windows 8.1? seems that i am unable to make it run with my pc
They got Robin Williams for this but not Kingdom Hearts? :(
Disgaealikerasap well the reason is because after he returned in Aladdin and the King of Thieves, he made one last deal with Disney. He will return as Genie as long as it’s in something educational
I have the game when i was born i guess? Kinda stupid but its still one heck of a very creepy game for kids.... why tf am i watching this rn 😶
is it weird that i thought bizarrah's animation for when she spins and yawns were pretty fluid in comparison to the rest of the scenes?
Gilbert hasn't mentioned this in his podcasts.
how did you get this to work so many years later?
Sasuke Uchiha I used a virtual machine program. It's like running a computer within your actual computer. In this case: windows XP on windows 7.
yeah I admit I tried putting the disc in on my computer, it didn't work out the way I had hoped, so I've beentryignt of ind a way to play it again, even if I have to find a step-by-step instruction book
can you please do reading quest with aladdin?
200KHFan Sorry I can't because I don't have the game. There is a play-through on YT though! ruclips.net/video/hFP_KBzYuak/видео.html
Are you using Windows XP or DosBox?
I emulated the game on Oracle virtual machine. Basically running an os (windows XP) within and os (my actual windows7 computer)
what windows did you play this on? any probs installing it?
Windows XP 2002 (32 bit). There were no problems installing. I think window operating systems made after 2005 would have compatibility issues with these old cd games.
Robin Willams!
Is that Robin Williams' voice?
Of course it is. This is one of the few times he reprised his role as the Genie. Too bad he died.
It's also the only time he voiced for a game.
Probably. This game came out in 1997 and he did the voice of the Genie for Aladdin 3 in 1996
(Though Dan Castellaneta did Aladdin 2 and the TV show)
You mean the Simpsons star?
carsfan360 yep that's him
It’s entertainment and AND it’s educational.
You should do a complete 100% play through of A Bug's Life Active Play as there is no complete play through of it on You tube (even on one that says its 100% complete)
Patrick J. McKenna WOW i totally forgot that i has this game too!
okay..... I've searched EVERYWHERE. is there someplace I can play this online?? I'd love a throwback day!! can someone send me a download?? I've tried all the downloads out there and all I get is text files :(
i wish i could download this & play it on my PC via DOSBox
***** do you have to run the setup in doxbox or just open it in windows?
***** Doesn't work well and cant save.
I remembered that game!
anyone notice the mark of the beast on the number wall?
Who voices Bizarrah?
I remember my dad giving me this game because I always had trouble with math (dyscalculia's a bitch). I'm not sure if it helped much, but I remember having fun with it.
I know it would kind of break the game, but why didn't Genie just teleport the player out of the dungeon?
So much fkn nostalgia rn
Sooo... How is this suppose to be part of math 11:13
Symmetry
Omg memories
I thought Jafar was the only evil genie but I stand corrected there's another one (a female) and her name is Bizarra
Man this was my game 😢
Hellooo first game I've ever completed
So has no one else noticed the “666” On Yazul’s Number Wall?
🤔🤔🤔
Just Me? Okay.
The game should be named as Disney's Math Quest with Genie & Iago instead.
final comment: they ought to put this on STeam
I loved this game as a kid! I tried to download it from old-games.com after I paid for it but it wouldn't download :(
So much nastalga
12:03 that woman sounds like a man.
Omg yes
