FFXIV P10S HARROWING HELL + Dividing Wings 3

There are some subtleties to wings 3 that guides do not go into detail about.
The first set of web puddles should be placed all the way at the south edge of the arena to form a line of webbing across the arena's width.
The 2nd set of web puddles should be placed slightly north of the 1st set (most PF's will put 3 markers to indicate where they should go). DO NOT GO ALL THE WAY TO THE EDGE - you will break the webbing made by the 1st set and cause a wipe.
Puddles on the sides should overlap the little fenceposts on the corner of the arena edge AND the middle puddle. The middle puddle should overlap both puddles to its left and right. FAILING TO DO ANY OF THIS FAILS THE MECHANIC AND CAUSES A WIPE.
If all this is done successfully, you will get a line of RP text that says "The webs become unbreakable!" to confirm you have performed it correctly. The boss then starts to cast Harrowing Hell.
Other tips:
The 3 players in the stack marker web puddle should form a triangle shape to avoid being cleaved by the angel swords.
Pay extra care to the players who took the sword tethers as they receive a heavy bleed. Tanks can put their short mit (aurora etc.) on them to help the healers.
Avoid excessive mitigation on the line stack before Harrowing so as to save it for Harrowing. 90s mits can still be used on wings 2.
Demoniac Bonds is cast immediately after the 2nd round of web puddles goes out. This is a good time to check whether it is spread or stack 1st and whether it is the role stack or pairs.

I keep struggling on the heal check that is Harrowing Hell, and wondered how to heal it. So I look up how and lo and behold... PF just doesn't use mits.

Yea, this often gets called a heal check, but it's really a mit check. As healer you can ask for staggered reprisals and staggered feints (get the tanks and melees to agree who is using theirs first) since the whole mechanic is over 10s long, and remind them not to use it for the laser stack just before.

standard pf strat seems to be tank lb3, atleast in materia

Standard PF strat is Tank LB3 on most worlds / data centers.
In the raider scene we call this "skill issue".

There's 0 panicking if you know what you are doing. They probably progged that fight multiple time and knew what to expect.
