Little tip, you can make hoglin farms decently easily for food. Golden apples are way more of a flex tho

Carpet duper:
I tinkered around with some super smelter design. One carpet duper can supply 8 furnaces. More than that can become a challenge for the hoppers.
(Quick math: hopper speed:
150 items/min
Furnace: requires 18 carpet/min
150/18: 8,3 furnaces that can be supplied through one hopperchain with carpets)
Alternativly you can run a waterstream along the hoppers transporting the carpets so that one duper feeds into more hoppers. You'll figgure it out ❤

You will have to redo your entire smelter 😢
Tips:
Take a look at my schematic I send you a few weeks ago. You'll need to devide your smelter into segments of 8 furnaces per Hopper line.
Or distrinute the carpets with waterstreams (Ice+gliding on the Edge of the ice and Hopper). Minecart for fuel are way to slow.

yea pet dolphins dying is a comon thing actually. The thing is: They need both Water and air to survive, but when you walk out of renderdistance their ai stops working to preserve computing power. So they just freeze in place, meaning they cant swim up to get air or swim down to get registered to be in the water... I dont know if thers a fix for it tho. Maybe a datapack or something, idk...

i belive fred died because he needed oxygen. the same happens with dolphines, when they get unrendered their npc gets disabled and because of that they "forget" to swim to the surface to get air. i used to have a pond in my base with axolotls but they died just like fred

Fred probably died. Axolotl don’t drown by they do sophisticate. They can come out of the water for short periods of time but if they stay out for too long they end up sophisticating and die.
So Fred probably sophisticated.
Dang but don’t they always go towards water? Nothing was stopping him??
@@TurtleNation1775 They do but if they wander off too far they eventually sophisticate before they can return, or sometimes they just don’t return at all.

Why don't you just use Clumps mod? It groups XP orbs together into a single entity so you can immediately collect the orbs

Fred probably jumped out of the water and died due to the lack of water unfortunately, usually you have to fence axolotols in to their water because if they get out, their pathfinding isnt good enough to get over all the blocks in the way before they suffocate. They cant drown, but they can drown on land basically. So fred is likely dead :( rip fred

@TurtleNation1775 I'm sorry :( in the future, make sure the axolotols can't escape the water features you put them in using slabs or other blocks, and they should be good!!
I built it, left it running, went to school, Over 300 chests that are filled to the brim with nuggets, just looted enough to get 3 shulker boxes worth of gold blocks, now I use it for xp

@@TurtleNation1775 it was just about a span of 8 hours, also a hardcore world, its safe but I recommend wearing full armor, have like 6 beacons giving u max buffs. Tho I understand the concern but its up to you.

Had name tagged axolotls despawn from my world too. There were a few of them and they just disappeared one day.
Yeah same in a new video I’m working on them and dolphins do that for some reason :/ must be a bug
it has to be, because if you just pick them up with a bucket they arent meant to despawn anymore. same with all bucket-able fish pretty sure

Golden carrots are not the best food source. While it is true it fills your saturation meter, it does not give you the saturation status effect. The sus stew you make with a dandelion will give you 7 ticks of Saturation. That makes you go from 6 hunger which is no longer capable of sprinting, to 19 hunger, or just half a bar short of full. It leaves your saturation meter at full as well. A drawback is that stew doesn't stack, but you can have 4 inventory spaces open and have a stack of stews ready all the time, just leaving one in your hotbar and recrafting another when you're safe after eating. No crafting table required. It'll basically fill your hunger 64 times with 3 stacks of ingredients and a couple bowls. I use it from day one if I can. A dark oak forest has all the ingredients if you look around for the dandelions.

in my main survival world I did the whole "start eating golden apples after making a gold farm" thing and it didn't work out because they have awful saturation and you need to eat so many
haha well that is fair I might change it in the future but the regen and absorption make it way worth it XD
for all those blocks and all that time its worth it to feel that powerful and infinite xp and infinite gold and infinite health on all armour and weapons and elytra

I dont prefer GA. Bcoz it's regen only 2 hungers bar, assume that you can eat when you full but what if you are low in hunger? You have to eat 3-4 GA instead of 2 GCarrot. And GCarrot also regen you but slower than regeneration. GA only better when you are in combat, but in the middle of building... I dont want to spend too much time for eating.

I have my own carrot farm and gold farm and I make carrots I make a whole Dubble chest full so I don't have to make them for a long time.
