I don’t understand RUclips. This video feels like it should have tens of thousands of views, as a minimum. Great video, well done! I hope the algorithm gives it what it deserves before long.

amazing video! trail running has changed my life too, its helped me so much with struggles like mental illness, ADHD, addiction and bereavement.
I'm runnintg my first long distance trail race (50k ultra) in May - its a bit ot a crazy goal as I've not even run a half marathon before, but I have the time and I love trail running so much, as long as I get in my training I know I can do it!
This was really helpful and inspiring, thank you!

Thank you for this. Running is indeed humbling. Having the Right Gear appropriate to the task keeps you Balanced as well along side your True Ability.. no matter how high nor how low it is. Great Episode! It's a LIFE LESSON more than just advice.

@@wildrapha : Everyday Rapha. Last night I went out for a run at 1 am in the morning. The whole world sleeps while I'm out running. No racing pace..Just relaxed. Paying attention to my foot strike on the pavement with that "crunch, crunch, crunch" sound . It's a clear night .. stars are out.. not much cars . Pure Solitude .. yet loud enough to think clearly in your mind. Sorting things out slowly the good the bad and how to improve myself day to day.. and at the end of a 20 mile run. Pure Clarity. That to me is one of life's pleasures. It's there to discover available to every human being in this world. The act of running .. while moving ahead in Life.

I always shared this thought to friends who "run". Running on a treadmill is a world of difference compared to Running on the Road and Trail.. Simple as that.
