Great explanation - thank you! I currently call the webhook when the appointment gets confirmed by my client. Is it possible to remove the event from Google Calendar, if the event gets cancelled by my client? I thought about creating a new webhook, link it to the task "Google Calendar -> Delete an Event" and paste the hook URL to the relating action in the WP dashboard. However, I need an Event ID to tell Google Calendar which event to delete. Any ideas how to solve this? Thank you very much!

If I want to create a directory, with 500 services providers, how do I do to link for each individual, ocne and for all, their google calendar id so that they can each manage independantly their appointments in Google, without ever seeing the appointments of other professionals? Is it possible to do that with an expensive service like make or zappier? If not, does it mean that we have to do what you show on this video for each service provider ? Also, is 2-ways supported?
This tutorial demonstrates how to create a Webhook in Make and use it for the appointment booking form. Each webhook can be created for the specific google account. Thus, you should create a separate webhook for each provider to get the expected result. At the current moment, we do not have another ready solution for you.

I don't want to use make or zappier. Other plugins like wpamelia, booknetic, bookly pro etc. offer this feature within their plugin, no need to go through webhooks... as it is right now, your plugin is so limited in its functionalities that it's not usable for any serious project, and certainly not for building projects for clients :/ I don't understand why making a plugin like that, if it's to make it so limited and unusable except for extremely basic needs. Geez, i regret buying the crocoblock suite so much, i thought it was a full package, every day i realize that every single plugin just offer 30-40% of the features you find on other plugins from other companies.

That's such an archaic way to sync calendar. Wpamelia, booknetic, bookly etc. all allow a simple 2way sync between the internal calendar and ical calendar, they don't force users to use an extra layer of service (worse, a paid service...) that's even less understandable when we know that jetbooking actually has 2way sync that way, without having to rely on a service like zappier and co, that most of users don't want to use for various reasons. When you compare jetappointment and jetbooking, their functionalities are 5 years late compared to other plugins, i don't understand why they don't try to catch up. As it is right now, these 2 plugins are not usable, let's be honest, they lack so many basic features.
JetBooking plugin also doesn't require 3d party plugins to sync bookings with Google Calendar :) We keep improving our products trying to add new features.
