    Just one small thing about the listing grid. If you put the "make widget clickable" on, image sliders on a listing element do not work any longer

    Please add the option to choose for a Zoom appointment or real. Atm this could be manage only by dashboard and it will create a unique appointment service.

    I've just started to test this plugin.
    Here are my thoughts:
    - There is no way to input a Providers Availability. The plugin assumes all providers are available from start of use. For Example: If One Chef can only do Wedding Service on the Weekends. I feel there should be a way to input a Providers Availability.
    - There is no way to add additional costs. Using your Use-case as an Example. Say we choose Birthday Party as the Service, however what if we want to make one Provider a different cost. For Example you are booking a Birthday Party and you can choose Standard Chef or Professional Chef, the Professional Chef should cost more.
    - How do you pass the form fields to the woocommerce checkout form? I saw in your example 'phone number' was not passed through, but 'email' was. I cannot see any documentation on this.
    The plugin works well and does all you claim, but I feel real-use scenarios are going to test the limitations of what the plugin is able to currently do.
    Hope this is received as positive and encouraging feedback to help improve the plugin. I use Crocoblock plugins and am impressed with the work you do.

      Hi Steven! Well, that was just an initial release of JetAppoinment plugin, and of course, we continue working on it and improving all the requests we've already received and new ones. We're welcome the feature requests users submit at Github: github.com/Crocoblock/suggestions. Here, our developers check them, sort and add the notes. You can submit your suggestion and describe in detail all your thoughts regarding the plugin functionality and follow up on status of your request. What you mentioned in the comment is quite reasonable and probably could have been done in the future :) Thank you so much for your remarks!

    I recommend integrate paypal and stripe payments in websites which not use wocommerce.

    For example if a car maintenance shop wanted to allow for appointments and we wanted to integrate woocommerce integration is it possible that the variable pricing can be sent to the customer after the service has been completed with the amount of money that’s owed so they can pick up there car without having to go in and pay for example?

    I would like to know if it synchronizes with Google Calendar, means only bookable services hours when your calendar is empty. Is it possible? So you od not need to write the whole schedule time...

    for example, chefs do not work the same hours.
    for example Brandon work from 8 am to 12 pm
    and Lee from 2pm to 6pm
    Is it possible to configure the availability of each ?

    Hi Kate! I'm working on a booking form of a tool rental service for a customer. This plugins might be a solution but I have concerns.
    The scenario is the following:
    The customers can select which date they want to start the renting and they can select from 3 rental period options:
    1st: Same day (customer takes and brings the tool the same day);
    2nd: 24 hour rent (user has 24 hours to use it and take back) ;
    3rd: Whole weekend (customer takes it Friday afternoon and brings it back only next week Monday morning).
    The expectation is that the plugins should block out booked time periods for the rented/unavailable tool.
    So when the user booked a service/tool with the 'same day' option so that day should be unavailable from there on, if the user books for '24 hours' the form's booking date input should mark this period (from previous day to next day) as unavailable. Thus avoiding multiple bookings for one tool/service for the same time.

      Hello! I checked your question, and I believe JetAppointment is not really what you need.
      It allows to create time-slots ti be available for booking during the day. Also, I didn't catch the difference between the Same day and 24 hours options :( Both of them imply renting equipment for one day. Could you please tell in more details how you need that functionality to work? :)

    I've been shopping hard and long for plugins to integrate with WooCommerce for appointments. While I pretty much like everything about ability on the front end, there is a way to go to make this useful for businesses truly.
    There is no admin schedule view and no way to properly manage it. That is a HUGE drawback.
    Manually rescheduling appointments within the calendar is important for the service provider because if it is not done on the same calendar the customers are booking on (especially for book specific providers) the schedules can clash terribly and create a horrific experience for the service provider customers.
    For example, an online coach uses CrocoBlocks to allow customer to book and check out - Single Session. But they decide to reschedule for a different day. Awesome! He/She writes it down on their "personal calendar" but that slot is still available on the website for booking because you cannot manually add the appointments properly.
    Also, if they are unsure of what is all booked and where there may be room to slide an a client (maybe due to other reasons)... They would have to manually book on the front end on behalf of the client.
    I can live without the multiple booking option for now. However, that is another major issue I have found. If someone wants to buy packages or bundles for training or sessions, there is no way to book those out in one sitting with ease in the admin dashboard.
    I totally understand this is a new plugin and I truly feel it can out design the look of bookly and other plugins. That is truly good stuff. However, those lack of functions can make is super unreliable to actually support people who depend on appointments for their business and have to make changes. Overbooking is really possible.
    I currently desire to use the plugin and will see if there is something I can rig to make it work due to the front end interface. Hopefully, this is somewhere in the works soon.

We're opened to your ideas, and if you consider some functionality worth implementation, you're free to submit your feature requests on GitHub github.com/Crocoblock/suggestions as well as upvote the existing ones and comment them.     Would be nice if you can buy a package and use that package for appointment slots.
    Example:
    Package with 20 appointments for a driving school costs 1500euro when it's normally 75 euro for a single lesson. If you buy the package you will have appointments that you can plan on a free slot, but in place of having to buy each appointment, it reduces the number from the package you bought.
    This is usefull for driving schools, beaty saloons and other companies that offer package discounts.

    Is there a way to get the google meeting also linked on each of the appoints created? - This will help for virtual appointment which is the need of the hour.

    Tell me how to make related categories with services and craftsmen. as I see it, you can only use the master and the service ( if, for example, you need 150 services and 12 categories for a beauty salon there and so that all 150 services are not shown immediately in the drop-down list ( this is not convenient ) and so that you can make a filter by category and by selecting a category you can select a service related to the category

      Hello, Aleksey! JetAppointment and JetBooking are different plugins. While JetBooking allows reserving items for a certain period (several days, for example), JetAppointment gives an opportunity to book a service for certain interval of time. You, as a site administrator, set the time slots you'd like to offer to your clients, and they can book them :)

    This looks great and I may need it soon. I have one concern. I noticed when you were demonstrating selecting a date to book a service on the front end, you selected the service, then selected the provider, but when you clicked on a date it said nothing was available. So you had to click on a different date. Which made me realize that there must not be any styling or filtering options to indicate if a date is not available for a certain service and provider combination. So a user might end up clicking on several dates before finding one that has an available time slot. I can see this being very annoying for a customer. What can be done about this? Ideally, a all dates with no available time slots for a particular service and provider combination should not be selectable. At the very least, there should be some visual indication so they don't waste their time clicking on it. Is there some way to make it work like that? Thanks!

      Hello! Actually, after Kate selected the service and provider, she went to demonstrate those holidays she set before (Christmas Day, Womens' Day), - how they look on the front-end (prntscr.com/qybn77) . After that, she showed that you can select any available date and choose the time-slots offered. So, all dates with available time slots for booking can be selected without problems ;) Hoping, I managed to explain :)

      @@Crocoblock I am sorry - you did not answer the question at all.. Towards the end of the video she tries to book another appointment and clicks on a day, but no appointment is available. You should not be able to select a day with no appointments available. It should at least be visible before! Now you have to click through - potentially - lots of days without finding an appointment. That's not a great experience for the user ;(

      @@mmm-xc8zk If you mean the day with no slots available on 28:14, this day can't be removed because its on the Calendar. And the Day becomes a strikethrough only when there are no slots available. Your thoughts and ideas to implement are warmly welcomed on Github: github.com/Crocoblock/suggestions.     Can you make it so it can accomodate group appointments so more than one person can make an appointment for the same time and service etc. Like appointments for a fitness bootcamp where the total size of the class might be 20 people etc.

    I really like the JET plugins, but unfortunately this Appointment plugin doesn't work !!!! It has a bug in the Calendar, simply it closes some days of the months, example May, days 05, 21, 27 are blocked and do not allow to make the reservation, and do not tell me that the error is in the configuration as it is not. ..

    Is there any way to let the customer choose the time slots? An example is for booking a meeting room or a tennis court. The interval is 1 hour but the customer can choose 10am until 2pm which uses 4 slots. The service would be - Facility Booking and the Providers would actually be the Facility names rather than a Provider as such. EG: Facility booking (multiples of 1 hr) for Tennis Court Number 1.
    This would be a very welcome option because there are very few wordpress plugins with a focus on booking facilities according to the customers time needs.

      Providers are optional. If you don't want, you don't need to select them. But if you selected the Providers CPT, there's no way to hide them on the frontend.

    Great video.
    But if you ask me, I would be looking for a solution where hypothetically a client could do the appointment booking via the restaurant webpage choosing which and how many dishes, plus the time.
    It is would be like a WooCommerce product group + the time schedule.
    I will be thrilled when you guys get a solution to this problem of mine.

    I started to use JetAppointment, it looks pretty easy to use, I create the form and exported to an Elementor page, but when make the preview and send dont show the appointment in the administrator, even when show the message: "Form successfully submitted."

I have another question regarding the jetAppointments "working hours" settings. I need that information as i want to create a analytic chart to show "total slots available of the room / slots book of the room". Thanks in advace :)

    I’d like to know if this is suitable for a bar or restaurant table booking system? Imagine we have several tables, 10 are 4 person and 8 are 2 person. Each can be booked for a 2 hour slot between say 6pm and 10pm.

      @@Crocoblock sure, Iike how to troubleshoot issues. Because when I follow it word for word I get an error and there is no place I can look that up. Secondly I feel like the tutorial skimmed over the single service form (which is what I just want). Third of all the tut just ends randomly while feeling like I was left high and dry when it comes to making it fully work through the WooCommerce plugin.

    I have a very important doubt.
    What about the cart and the products on the cart?
    I mean, if the client select an appointment but he wants to go back to the web before finish, ( maybe select another appointment or just check something ), and then go back to the cart to follow with his/her purchase (maybe he want erase one of the appointments or buy two of them) ... ¿ Where are his/her products and how we can show them in the cart?

      Actually, the time slots aren't stored in the Cart. Upon booking, you get the Checkout page at once.

    Hey Kate, great video! And I have a specific need I´d like to check if its achievable.
    I have 4 relevant questions for many Croco developers.
    1. I have a need I´d like to check if its achievable. Lets say I just want to allow services appointments for previously registered users, so I think I could load users email and phone in the form in order to not make them fill it again with the data I allready have, so can I preload this data?
    2. I also dont need the checkout page because I will not charge for the service, I just need to let users to make appointments, is it achievable?
    4. Finally, is there a way to NOT let users to pick providers, but let the system show them by order (let say I have 10 providers/sellers and I want them to be presented automatically and individually (one at each appointment), from one to ten, and then over and over so I can have a fair distribution of appointments to all providers/sellers?

      1. Looks like you'll need to create two Forms: one for guest users (where they'll fill in their email) and another one for the registered users.
      2. If the WooCommerce integration is not needed, just don't enable it while JetAppointment set up ;)

    Hi,

    I am browsing from 3 days about finding a crocoblock jet appointement micro to display total numbe of hours selected by user.
    For Example:
    User goes to appointement calender and select date of 20 March and then they selected time for appointement from 8am to 11am.
    In this case user has selected 3 hours. Any micro who will display the number 3 or selected hours number.

      Hello! There's no option for users to cancel or edit their appointments. Only site administrator can do that. You can make an email to notify your clients that their appointment was created. If they need to change info or cancel it, they should contact site administrator. You can add some contact form or phone number so your site users could contact you.

    I tried adding days off in the appointment settings and it doesn't save them. The dates are still available to be booked on the front-end. Also is there a way to block appointments from being scheduled on a certain date between 9:00AM and 1:00 PM?

    I notice that when you tried to book an appointment there was no indicator on the calendar of which days had free slots. This could lead to lots of frustrated customers typing many combinations before they find a free slot. Off the top of my head you could colour code the calendar days or have the option to show free slots / show week to view / day to view or even have a toggle button that shows free slots only in the calendar for each layout type ( day / week / month ). Also if in day to view - make it easy to change and jump to a relevant date eg if it's a year in front. Ps don't keep mentioning the team are working their pants off on bugs - creates the wrong impression of a buggy product ;-)

    Thanks for the amazing plugin, I have a booking system website created with jetAppointments and i want to show a analytics dashboard of KPI in form of charts like "Total Revenue By Each Room" "Cancellation Rate" etc. Everything is fine but i did not find any data for jetAppointment "Booking Hours" to create a "Total Slots / Booked Slots" chart. Can someone help me here on how can i get that data. I tried to look every possible table id DB but did not find anythings. Thanks in advace :)

    It's been only a little more than a year since this video tutorial posted. So far (15 minutes in) there are two major problems with the new version of the plugin that are missed entirely by the video. First, in the very beginning when setting up withe the wizard, the post type for services and providers are not in the drop down lists. They have to be added in the Jet Engine post types, which isn't even mentioned. Then, now that we are editing the Static Page Booking Form, when editing the Insert Appointment Notification, there are no fields for phone and comments and there is no way to add "phone" and "comments".
    hoping the updated version addresses these.

      With the Recurring Appointments feature, users can book appointments simultaneously during some recurring period. For instance, a patient can book the therapeutic procedure every day at 10 a.m. - bit.ly/3IETWGL

    For a client of ours we need to have a reservation system, we saw yours which seems to be a good choice, however we have some doubts that could be clarified, I ask:
    In the types of services we need them to have a family tree + sub-families + sub-sub families up to 7 to 10 levels descending does your system do that or is the service created in a single item?
