Thanks for your reaction! VCHA's definitely one of the groups that seemed to bridge non-kpop fans to kpop. Yours is an interesting channel, you've got a new subscriber!
I also watched A2K, from when it was first released, and like you folks I also watched the girls grow and get immersed into the industry. I'm as proud of them now like a proud parent. 🎉 Thank you both for your respectful & insightful views. The haters are already spreading their hate for VCHA, saying VCHA shouldn't open for the upcoming Twice concerts as planned, as if hateful fans should get to dictate what the bands should or shouldn't do. I bet those haters would clam up & shiver if they were face to face with JY Park.
Yes, I feel the same way. I think they are based on a slightly different concept that is more common in Japan where the pleasure comes more from watching them from inception growing up as idols. In this way, they are not necessarily perfect in the beginning but continue to improve over time.
@@donnahallyulikethat After A2K, I watched Nizi Project 1 and enjoyed it because of the similar format. 🤩 Then I watched Universe Ticket which was much different but still interesting.
At the same time, JYP said that he wanted to make a group for the younger generation that actually FELT like they were supposed to be the age they are (which we love to see in the kpop sphere!) and to give them songs that are reminiscent to the catchy Disney songs that we loved at that age group he’s trying to reach, I love to see them having fun!
Yes, I see what you are saying. But so far, I like the pre-releases and this song and I feel like they are appropriate, esp. given that Kaylee is only 14 I think.
I think Disney would be incorrect. I think they fall into bubblegum pop just like Twice did when they first debuted. It seems jype wants to put them on the same course as Twice and I think that will work well
#Vlight #vcha they are the first international group that is truly international since the US is such a melting pot. Even my girl, Lexi, first Hmong K-Pop idol. We love and support these girls from the Hmong community. Now our kids can see themselves on these type of stage, just like when Sunisa Lee broke through for gymnastics. So proud of all these girls and their journey to get here. You should see the videos of their performances on the Twice stage in Mexico where they all spoke Spanish. They are too cute and wholesome. I hope they unite the world somewhat through their music.
I did see them addressing the audience in Spanish and it made me feel so proud of them for helping to build connections and strengthen relations in a similar way that Twice did. I watched both shows! I was particularly moved by how the audience reacted to Savannah.☺️
VCHA is opening for TWICE's READY TO BE tour in Las Vegas, Mexico City and São Paulo. I'm glad jyp did this and I hope it expands their fan base!!
I'm excited for them!
I couldn't agree more. I think VCHA is acting as great ambassadors to Latin America.

This song is such a bop!!! Can't wait to follow VCHA's journey and see how far they can go in the music industry 🤩.
yes, totally! Thanks for watching!
It feels very "Disneycore" but I lowkey really love it and the harmonies on the second half of the chorus are SO addicting to me!

Thank you for introducing VCHA's music video. I would appreciate it more if you also introduce nmixx's DASH
We really want to do that one! We will see if we can make it happen.
Alright Professor Kwon. We are going to need you to catch up. Let's get you doing a series on Sixteen that put together the mega group TWICE! lmao

VCHA is the first girl group I follow. I guess I feel more identified and really invested with them after watching A2K.
They just opened for twice in Mexico City. They did such a great job. So proud of them!
@@hallyulikethat Yes, I just watched them, they did indeed so great!!!
I loved hearing Camilla and Savanna address the audience in fluent Spanish!@@nunanumber13
@@hallyulikethat Yes! And even the other members had practiced to say a whole lot more than “hola”. The audience was so happy about it!
