Girl, take it from someone who has gone thru a divorce telling him you were broken was so key not for him (he probably sensed it already) but for you. He knows it and loves you for all of it. I met my hubby of over 18 years after that horrible divorce, and what he told me was, "Let me help you heal," and boy, has he done that and more. It goes beyond the divorce, and I share so many similarities with you that it takes a special person to see us beyond the hurt and trauma. After many years, I am happy I allowed myself to open my heart again and am happy for you!! Congratulations to you both!!!

You are a wonderful example to other women and you are not a superficial woman! You are yourself . I love that about you! I too have been through a lot past tense and God brought me the man I always prayed for as a young lady. I was married at one time but I got married young and I went through a lot, too much to mention, but God knows. God gave me strength to overcome everything and 11 years ago he brought me the love of my life, the man I had always prayed for and who will soon be my husband. We love each other so much. I resonate with this ep so much! Long story short I became a widow 5 days after my 24th I too felt cheated. But I met someone when I was so broken and he helped me heal. I feel it in my gut that he’s going to propose and I am so ready have never been loved the way he loves me and I have never loved someone as much as I love him.
