I got Far Cry 3 for Christmas and played for 8 hours the first day which is way beyond any other game. The Last of Us, Uncharted 3, and Gran Turismo 5 were also really good.
To this day I still play the PS3/Xbox 360 era, my favorite era of all time, plus with backwards compatibility so I can play PS1 and PS2 and with some remasters for PS3!

My wife surprised me for my birthday with a Ceramic white ps3 fat knowing I’ve wanted that specifically for years since a child I never had a ps3 fat only slim and super slim so having a straight Japanese ps3 man it’s great honestly ps3 was a monster console

They have been released for PS4 and 5, you should be best playing them there, you don't want to play them on PS3. In other words, if it got a remastered version, play that one, don't play the PS3 version, do yourself a favor.

Red Faction Guerrilla could have subbed out Grand Turismo 5. GT5 was solid, but wasn't very popular. "kojima" productions wasn't pronounced correctly. Good list tho.
Replace Ratchet and Clank collection, with Ratchet Clank A Crack in Time. I also like Journey, and my kids loved Littlrbigplanet2 with online crazy levels
I wish sony would gave us a last ps 3 exclusive just to push the console to the limits one last time engines were somehow more interesting in that era they played more with physics and water and ragdoll and all that stuff just more effects. Now its all boring unreal engine 5.

For me best PS3 game is Killzone 3. I was amazed when I saw how good it looks on this console.
