How could I get plans for this bench?

Would you this style be possible to add hinges for storage? Our kitchen is so small but my wife wants something like this for meals and storage?
Beautiful. Work of art. But I think too much material is being used on the Back rest/support. JMHO.

@@theamerican4609 my guess would be using pocket hole screws through the board it’s sitting on and the back wall.
