And just how wonderfully friendly the Sunderland crowd are! Then they stayed silent throughout the games. Yeah! Great Quality video and another new JSF to add to my collection. Thank you so much.
A shame that Stuart Hall with infectious laugh; sadly had flawed character as abuser of women & children. He was a talented commentator but abused his position of trust for Evil deeds leaving mental scars for his victims. Back to post excellent competition this heat of Jeux San Frontieres brings back nice memories, brilliant costumes & funny games. Great to hear Eddie Waring & Referees Guido & Genero. I wonder if Alan Hart whom made presentation of Trophy to Issy from France & Les Bois the Swiss Team is related. Obviously I wanted Sunderland to win but was happy for the Swiss.
So sad to see Eddie so out of it with his dementia. He was a great trooper in spite of everything. A great JSF Stalwart. Loved all over Europe.
I was there. My overriding memory is sitting in front of the Swiss fans and being deafened by the cowbells of Les Bois.
i was in the Sunderland team that day i was the fisherman for GB
How do feel now?
already without Germany. Schöne Grüße !!

Princess Anne Park. Near the Galleries. Was there for the dress rehearsal which I think was the night before and just as packed. Great memory. Thanks.
Poor Eddie Waring - you can perceive the beginning of his dementia.
Can you please upload jeux sans frontieres Milan from 1976 in English
I dont have it.
Great stuff, thanks for sharing.
Excellent quality!
I was in the crowd with my dad supporting Sunderland in Jeux San Frontiers at Washington. Les Bois of Switzerland won.
@Ian Hart.
I was six. Stuart Hall waved at us from his car. It's a good job we were some safe distance away near the Swimming baths.
