Very nice and clean kitchen. And very professional staff. Because the pressure on the chefs and the support staff , because they have to deliver any dish ordered within a max time of 15 mins. Chefs sometimes cook several dishes simultaneously. And they have to remember the particular processes for different dishes. That's why chefs should be respected, as there's so much effort behind making those tasty food

There are food handling gloves. In India, they say "you eat your food with your own hands." I'm a German who grew up in India.
