    So glad you posted this, this was the first version of this song that I heard somewhere or other and I wanted to find it so bad. I prefer this version to any other, but that's probably because I heard it first.

    Awesome cover.. well done..
    The story of the real Jezebel a very interesting piece of history. A pagan who married an Israelite. This day & age, she'd probably be classed as a narcissist. 🤔Other than her husband, I think she might have only tried to seduce one other man, who came to kill her.
    He asked the eunuchs to throw her out the window to her death and they did. The horses below stomped on her broken body..
    Several hours later, when they came back to retrieve her body for proper burial, only her head, hands and feet remained.
    The dogs had eaten the rest.
