It is very exciting to watch you use your new toys! You really do love what you do. Can not wait to see what you do next. Thank you for sharing your world and taking us along for all the fun! See you in the next one.
Such a satisfying, "RAAAAAAR!!!!!" Had you not added the sound effect, we would have been deeply disappointed. That growl is so satisfying, we've added it to our daily lives. In fact, during a presentation at a project meeting, it found its way into the power point slides, to the delight of all. The project manager even requested a copy of the wav file. Thanks! RAAAAARRR!!!!
What great bits of new kit you have and much needed. And I cannot help myself saying that surely only an Aquarius will create a "Growl Counter"!......hilarious....
Watching all those rocks come up every time you used the blade was a reminder just how rocky that part of Pennsylvania is. Yet every year you guys grow great veggies on the land. Kinda blows the mind. Love seeing mom with the horses. 😊
Thank you! I enjoy maintenance videos. They show that there is more to maintaining a horse stable; other than just feeding horses and cutting and bailing hay.
Life is better, great tool for your business. Depending on the cut /fill balance of the soil, after the drains installed and backfilled. along with balancing the barn pad. You may want to reserve a stockpile of dirt close to the barn pad, to use later. The soil may have a shrinkage factor in fill areas so you will need to add dirt. I would also use that clean, soft dirt for bedding and backfill over the drain in areas that may end up being really Rocky. The upper 8" of the original ground across the top of the pad is great topsoil for a garden or topping one of your hay fields. Have fun.
The box blade and grapple working really well!!!!😮😊 the new hitch on back is working very nice as well!!😮😊 Also the box blade with the diggers will be nice to leave the ground for leaving the ground for the barn 😮😊 . And as always I will see you all on the next one!!!!!
There are rubies the size of coke cans in the red dirt when u open up trench like that sometimes..keep an eye out they are hexagonal. I think there was a farm that let people look called Foust farm or something similar I was amazed what they found digging a well!!
I am not total sure i have never used the box blade myself but i am pretty sure everyone i have ever seen run one has removed or flipped the ripper's up so there not hitting the ground when using the box bald to grade
Not sure all top hyd cylinders are the same, but I found with mine under high rpms or gpm it would not move...valve bypassing I guess, low rpm was fine....ended up pulling it apart and drilling the inlet holes out some, I'm guessing they are restricted to not violently move??
Question ❓ why not use the wasted hay straw for where the horses stand and poop after you've cleaned out the manure? This would speed up the composting process and maybe beneficial for hoof care.
I don't know why you would think your grapple wouldn't work on that. I watch a lot of farm shows (besides being raised on a farm) and many of the beef and dairy farmers use a grapple that doesn't have that beam on the bottom, to lift chopped hay and other materials in their large feed trailers. So, it is logical to assume, yours would be even better for that task.// Oh, and in addition, I watch them pick up two round bales with their grapples.
City girl question: Do you use the same equipment to move 💩 as you do hay? If yes is it hosed down in between? Yes I know horses eat/lick things that are yucky by human standards.
Joel, I think one stupid baby roar would have been entirely enough. I had to reach for the remote to mute the sound then grab my phone to send you a message that you really angered me that you did that! Please show the horses more and the upkeep that you give them. Also finishing up with a positive comment, I love when you bring the horses in with their names - then they go right to their stalls most of the time😊 or need a helping hand from you. ❤
When I started to watch your videos it was mainly about horses, my reason to watch the channel since I love horses. But now it changed over to tractors all kinds of other things but horses, disappointed for me I’m not interested in seeing tractors how they work and so forth since I am a woman …. Bring my Horses back!!!

Moving hay while the sun shines, I am horseman, hear me roar.
All that dirt would make some decent raised bed gardens.
Really enjoyed watching 👍👍

What a beautiful part of the country you live in!!
This video was fun to watch. Thank you!
I'd like to see another walk through the pasture when the horses are out.
Love your excitement for how well the attachments are doing.
I think it would be a good idea to take that straw up to the chickens. Or the cows for bedding.
What great bits of new kit you have and much needed. And I cannot help myself saying that surely only an Aquarius will create a "Growl Counter"!......hilarious....
Love the excitement. It has helped improve my mood. 😁😅

Thanks for sharing. Love your new toys
You sound like a happy man with new tool…ROAR!😝👍👏
Happy working with the new toys.
Perfect choice for the grapple design. Box blade looks good.
A small tip for when using the ripper have weight in the bucket or even a bale on the spike, it will help the front end not slipping as much
To Joel and the staple life awesome job Joel. 😊🤜🤛.
Thank you! I enjoy maintenance videos. They show that there is more to maintaining a horse stable; other than just feeding horses and cutting and bailing hay.
I love the grapple. So many uses on a farm!
RAWWWWRRRRR!!!!!!
I can definitely see why you wanted the grapple 😊

Excellent claw work, the scraper not so good 😮
Yeah!!! Thanks for the video
The hardware to hold that Master Carpenter built door must have been expensive?
No corrugated pipe, it plugs up to easy
Boys and their toys lol 😝 this is great I hope you have a bunch of fun them. Learning is the best way when you have new toys. ❤

Hi Joel and your mom
gavin had way too much fun adding in the rawrs
What happens to all the plastic wrap and netting from the bales? Love your new attachments. Makes work a little easier.
So exciting Joel
It was a 9 roar day!!!!!!!
Can’t wait to see next video. Hey is Sampsons tail docked or just kept short?
There are rubies the size of coke cans in the red dirt when u open up trench like that sometimes..keep an eye out they are hexagonal. I think there was a farm that let people look called Foust farm or something similar I was amazed what they found digging a well!!
Okay, Gavin, that's enough of inserted "Roar"'s..........😊
can you dig it
Can all that unused scrap hay be taken to the veggie boy's Cows for betting?
I am not total sure i have never used the box blade myself but i am pretty sure everyone i have ever seen run one has removed or flipped the ripper's up so there not hitting the ground when using the box bald to grade
Now I’m super jealous!!! I want a grapple!! I’m looking into the hydraulic top link as well. How do you like it?
Absolutely love it!

Why do you take the time to bale the hay if it's mostly not eatable
I don't know why you would think your grapple wouldn't work on that. You’re going to wear your little tractor out. Might be time to rent an excavator.
Is that trench dangerous for the horses, can they fall in it and break a leg?
Man that’s a lot of waste
City girl question: Do you use the same equipment to move 💩 as you do hay? If yes is it hosed down in between? Yes I know horses eat/lick things that are yucky by human standards.
The lazy boys might want to use some of that excess soil to fill some of the low spots that pond in heavy rain
Horses waste a lot of hay

A lot of things are happening at the stable. Winter time you will see plenty of the horses.
