What I loved about this home: The decor is very soothing and serene. The balcony is lovely- not much clutter. I loved the terracotta planter which nests the fern. There is no clutter. Most people clutter their homes. This one is giving a feeling of breathing space. It's one of the most tasteful homes I've seen on LBB. What I didn't like: such a beautiful home- but the plastic creeper plants in the foyer to cover the electric panel is a NO NO. It looks tacky - such a contrast to the beauty in the other parts of the home. Shoe rack inside the bedroom is not a good idea at all. One brings a lot of outside filth inside. Placement of dining is a little odd.
This house is bright and airy, very spacious and, calm....but I didn't see much by way of decor in it. I think there's scope for a lot more work, unless the owners are minimalists. Literally nothing to see, in the son's room...Such a creative, talented boy deserves better! Also, he plays golf, the piano, but has stuffed toys in his room? There are some interesting touches. The living room art is a caricaturesque take on a painting done by the 16th century Italian Mannerist painter, Agnolo Bronzino. It's an excellent, playful, unique piece, but somehow not appropriate for a living room. Rather, it doesn't fit in, when the rest of the room, and the house, is so restrained and sober. The piano vignette with the Van Gogh print is lovely. The wall planter from Zufolo is stunning. IMHO, a lot more can be done in this house. It is very elegant and well put together, but there should simply be MORE art and decor. Its full potential hasn't yet been realized. This is rather minimalist.

If anybody is stuck with this issue and hv an extra space, they can convert that into a private dining area… It’s the same with all builders these days… Unavoidable…
