Loved this game when it was in EA, and I think I love it even more now that it’s hit 1.0. The one thing I will mourn is the loss of the 360 sniper rifle that gave you a damage boost for doing a full 360-degree spin (unless that’s an affix I just haven’t found yet)
I don't think Bricky noticed the game has pocket reloads because he wanted to keep the buddy. Understandable, but also swapping between weapons and never needing to reload is hella fun.
Absolutely love this game, my favourite way to play the game it to go as fast i can, sliding around like a madman filming a quickscope montage. The games hitboxes are relatively generous, so you just feel like a badass speeding through the levels at the speed of light.
That last room of the video is probably the hardest arena in the game, and that comes from someone that wins 8/10 runs on the hardest difficulty. That room usually is the room that decides if you got a working run or not. But really glad other people are enjoy this game. Definitely the best FPS-roguelike game out there.

If you like roboquest this much, you should check out gunfire reborn. It's another indie FPS roguelike, also with impeccable shooting mechanics (though id give roboquest the slight edge when it comes to that). Gunfire is a smidge slower, and more focused on the upgrades you find throughout the run. A good gunfire run is way more absurd than a good roboquest run in how broken you can get, but a bad gunfire run is in turn more crippling.
