I have a problem the thing is when I factory reset mine it didn't give me any options for English it just gave me Chinese and then now I'm on an endless loop on swiping through some stuff that idk does this go away when I pair with my phone again because I forgot my password for my old Mi account so I made a new one but I couldn't pair so I did a factory reset because of Daylight saving so I couldn't bare always saying the wrong time.
Just open the mi fit app on smartphone and select connect mi band and your mi band with 2 display will automatically connect on it and return to normal

Hello in my case i just dowloaded the mi fit app on smartphone and connect the mi band with it and it will automatically return the mi band to normal
