U can check whether your universities master's degree has value during the starting and ending time of ur course and if yes, u can go for IQAS. In my case, I have some doubts regarding ending time and so I preferred WES. And I received the WES Report as Master's degree itself.
In WES, I hav sent the copies of provisional certificate, marksheet, and the DD to my university and the university will further proceed to send our attested documents to WES. No original documents required.

@@mansitalreja8355 If you have done a PG course then you can go for WES and you will get dual degree as result. If you have done Masters degree please go for CES it will give you masters equivalency. I have Masters but not yet received my convocation certificate.
