I have the GE Cafe CC2S950 gas range. From new(2020 or 2021), the front right burner on simmer up to number 2 setting where flame is still low would cause the sensor to think the flame is out and would activate all spark ignitions of all burners 1-2 times every minute. Cannot use it on simmer. Had tech out 3-4 times for this. They tried to add a ground cable to another burner (front left burner) and it seems to have helped. ALSO a very bad design flaw is that the exhaust vent for the oven, which operates when the oven is on and for several minutes after the oven is off, located at the rear right blows horizontally across the right two burners. If you are using those burners when the exhaust is operating, the blowing air will blow out the burners unless on medium to high flame. But then the flame is not uniform and dancing all over the place due to the exhaust air flow. To some extent, it also affects the flame on the middle burners. When the rear right oven exhaust is operating, I must use something thin and upright and police it at the rear of the right cast iron grate to block the airflow if using the burners on the right. The the exhaust will blow upwards. I use my stainless steel stove top round burner covers. No fix from GE.
Is the GE Cafe range featured early in this presentation a 30-inch, not a 36-inch, slide-in range? This range looks almost identical to my 2018 version of the Cafe 30-inch dual fuel slide-in range (the only difference was the handles). I looked up the 36-inch Cafe range, and the range was different from the ones that were featured earlier in this video. The 36-inch Cafe range was styled more like the higher-end Wolf range and would support the reversible burner grates.
Considering adding these to a new build. Since these are white, is there any possibility they turn yellowish over time or has that issue been resolved with modern appliances?
Hi Jeffrey, this line of GE Cafe is fairly new, so we haven't heard anyone complain of that, and since this is a good brand, I don't foresee that happening. If you live in Texas, we'd love to supply your appliances! -Jeannie (FBS)
Great video! I learned so much
Yeah! We love hearing that!

Does this oven come with convection conversion??
thanks! helped me decide. appliances really look good, hope they are built and last good too
Dude, they're all Haier. Do a google search on how Haier is universally hated the world over for their crappy products.
Which cafe' in wall electric oven model has the true convection? Thanks

Hi Laura.
Is it easy to remove any stain from matte white part??? This is the only concern stopping me from buying it.
Wow, a fridge with a built in K-cup dispenser is a really interesting idea.
Those are hard!!!!
That stuffed animal right next to the gas burner is making me nervous.
The matte white has no shine ✨
You show a 30" range then keep saying 36" lol.
You’re beautiful. Take care
