WOW! I really needed this devotional today as I'm being attacked again by the enemy. I've never learned how to fight the right way, in prayer and scripture and I think that's what He's wanting to teach me this year with stripping away all secular distractions. Thank you for this reminder - I often find myself believing & being overtaken by the lies you mentioned near the beginning. I know, without a doubt, that God has given us his Spirit so that we are able to fight these battles. I have just become so accustomed to hearing the lies over & over again in my mind that I believe them. I'm praying for strength to fight this battle.
