I got undwrglow and engine bay leds, them exact ones haha Loads of people have got engine bay lights man, it's already been done 😅 I got few people I follow on Instagram with them, but fair play looks good man
I would do this, because I had to remove my neons to pass my mot, so I need to stick them back in, but my mini’s engine bay looks boring and I don’t really want to show it off.

Google them the mk2 focus st have two bright strips on the bonnet and lights up hole bay and also do them on the fmic a example for the fmic one is frosty the st if I remember right on Google
Also a lot of people do put LED lights underneath the car and other places that I’ve been popular for many years but then it died off after the police kept pulling people for it
