(Cuz shes a fish) Spamton says "Wow" being impressed at Undynes fish knowledge. 0:14 Undyne pulls out Pipis. and just doesn't know what the fuck it is. 0:25 onward : Spamtons teeth bend in shape to form natural mouth positions for better lip syncing. Even though spamtons "lips" never touch
Knowing Spamton, he was probably gonna use that picture of Alphys to either blackmail Undyne or Alphys later, or sell it at an auction or something, for a high price of course.
In undertale, Alphys and Undyne had frisk send letters between the two of them, so I think that's how spamton got this picture, since it wasn't meant for him.
