Can you do a video showing how you train them to grow that way?

Do you stake the hydranges? I will start to pull the smaller branches out to make bigger blooms?

Yes I put metal stake and i wrapped the branches with cord... I took all of the smaller branches cause I want bigger blooms... and also make sure that your stake is strong that could hold the bush ...
