Starting in 2017, Cruzita is one of our longest-tenured employees. The rock of our production crew for years, employees like Cruzita make the Oats Family great.
Now, along with her daughter, Francine, she helps lead the production team to new heights; each of them run their own room, affectionately called the "Cruzita Room" and the "Francine Room."
