One way you can make the announcement sound less robotic is by adding different letters (e.g. Avunhill instead of Avonhill. I like the concept and you’ve gained a sub 🎉
The only thing i would change about this is at interchange stations eg leaton where lines split, you could have an announcement when youve stopped eg "this is leaton. Change here for services to mill bridge, victoria harbour and ashdean" etc
They are pretty easily obtainable if you search 'LNER Azuma announcements' but the place names were used with a different tool. Most AI voice TTS websites should be alright for you.
I just found a place where LNER announcements were free to download and used an AI website for the place names. Maybe I will make a tutorial this Sunday, thanks for the idea!
@@TransportNoah actually, I can tell you now! You can download the LNER announcements via this link: www.whatdotheyknow.com/request/azuma_automatic_announcements!

Thanks for the feedback mate, I tried to make them sound as good as I could get them but the subscription is very appreciated!

“Where we finish our journey today. *flute noise”*

But this is a sick video!
Yes I was thinking about adding them but I realised there wasn't enough time stopped to have the whole announcement playing while stationary.
It sounds like the announcer for Express and AirLink in SCR.
that is because the announcer for xpress and airlink in scr is the same announcer on LNER services
@@angusphotographyperthYes you are correct there, I think LNER got there first though!
@@mrtrainguyofficial they did. scr tried to use the same voices for that familiar feel.
@@mrtrainguyofficial connect uses the same voice as GWR
@@angusphotographyperth (Technically) Waterline too, as Faye Dicker was one of the train announcers on GWR before Jane-Cooper-Marshall

It would be a nice new feature wouldn't it!
@@mrtrainguyofficialindeed it would
Why did you do the Azuma I thought you would do the Great Western Railway version
would be great if you made a video of this but with just the announcements, really good for roleplay purposes.
Honestly that announcement got me thinking of Airlink/Express on-board announcers in SCR

Because they are the same people.🤦♂️
