May be you are sketching in wrong plan, that's why arrow direction is coming wrong.

Top view SE dekh NE par wo Jo rib hai wo sirf ek hi cylinder main Marge ho rahi hai
Dusre cylinder main wo Marge he nahi ho rahi hai

Sketch sahi se draw nahi kar rhe hoge isliye aisa aa rha hoga. Sketch should be in closed loop.
