Looking Great. This will be a Great and Clean looking truck when it's complete.
Thank you we really hope so. Welding and paint I’m nervous about.
@@RESTORATIONRESCUE painting isn't all that hard. The prep work is where a good paint job is. The better prep work you do the better chance of a great looking spray job you will have. Even if you get a paint run or fish eyes, it's just a spot job and not a complete respray. You got this
@@bbay1977 we hope we we can make it come out great. It’s gonna be a long road though.
Lookin good
Thank you!!!
you need 2 of those small 4 wheel dollies from hobo freight. put a jack stand on the dolly, put the axle on the jack stand. If you get 2 more, you can roll the whole chassis around the shop. could be helpful! Great job!
That’s a really good idea. I didn’t even think of that.
Great vid!!!
Thank you. It was tough without Tim.
Hello, I have same here truck….what rear end did you swap in?
We put in a 65 rear end from a c10 so it had the ability to use these brakes.
You could have set your rearend on a floor jack and rolled it under…would have been a little easier on you
I would have but putting the brakes on first I had to jack up the frame first. It was a big pain.
