Hi Jonny and Sam 😃 Another great video! Nice to see your new bike Sam 😃 Now you will improve your riding off road and I am sure that Jonny will give you some tips to give you more confidence and knowledge 😃 Jonny be careful while harvesting the fruit as you can find some wasps around 😅 As already mentioned in the comments wine grapes are smaller and with thicker skin than the table grapes 😃 I am now catching up with the videos as I was on holiday and once again it's a pleasure to watch your videos 😃 Abraço 😃
I’m doing a couple of hours riding each week 😃 improving little by little. Yes he has seen some rather large hornets 🐝 🫣 and he’s not a fan 😅🤦🏻♀️ we think we have wine grapes and we made some juice with them it tastes fantastic no additives just natural sugars 👌 perfeita! Oh lovely, where did you go? We hope you had an awesome time! Thanks for choosing our channel for your viewing pleasure 😃 Abraço também
@@jonnyandsamofficial I was few days in Rhodes, Greece 😃 When I've landed there the temperature was around 30c so it looked like I was in Portugal 😅 Living in the UK for the last 8 years I can say that I am not used to high temperature anymore 😂 Fortunately the sea water was a good escape to cool down along with some beers 😂
the grapes look nice,I think they are wine grapes,I' start tomorrow harvesting the grapes ,if it doesn't rain,it should rain till Wednesday they said on TV.the drop in temperature feels nice especially at night doesn't it??it has been a long hot summer, dont know if you saw the fotos on the net of the serra da Estrela yesterday afternoon, completely white where you made the video last week,it looked like a January Saturday, the climate has gone crazy, only Trump says it's not hehehe!!Have a nice week you both, with the new KTM racing in the mud hehehe looking forward to see Jonny showing his skills hehehe bye!!
Yeah we think so too 🤔 the weather isn’t great so we are having a bit of a break from the farm today 😃 but we’ll harvest the grapes asap and maybe try making something to drink with them 🤷🏻♀️ oh for sure it’s super nice to be comfortable at night now 🙏🏻 oh no way! We would go and take a look at the mountain but the truck is broken. Thanks so much have a nice week too!
Congratulations on the bike 🏍 Looks like a load of fun 😊 That's a lot of food. Do they have farmers' markets near you or do you barter/ gift with neighbors? 🤔 11:11 music choice and bobbing cone headed dog walking was perfect. 🤣🤪
Thanks so much 😃 I’m really enjoying it but still scared to drop it even though it’s pretty much built for that 😅 There’s a market in Fundão every Monday and we don’t have to barter we normally get given food from our neighbours land anyway 😃 super grateful for that. 😃 glad you enjoyed the music choice 👌
No matter for wine or not, those grapes look delicious, I was wrong btw, the sweet grapes are for wine, this is what Wikipedia posted... Table grape cultivars tend to have large, seedless fruit (see below) with relatively thin skin. Wine grapes are smaller, usually seeded, and have relatively thick skins (a desirable characteristic in winemaking, since much of the aroma in wine comes from the skin). Wine grapes also tend to be very sweet: they are harvested at the time when their juice is approximately 24% sugar by weight. By comparison, commercially produced "100% grape juice", made from table grapes, is usually around 15% sugar by weight @@jonnyandsamofficial
A really great video. Worth the wait! Lol. You seem to be riding much more confidently off road on that bike Sam. You have improved a lot. Well done. By the way, stunning sunset. 😊Xx ❤
Thanks so much Kathy 😃 I need to get some hours in to be anywhere near Jonny’s level 😅👌 but I’m enjoying it so far. Not only the sunset but we enjoyed watching the rain and lightning storm, a refreshing change to the blistering heat 🥵 x
That bike unlocks Estrela, Malcata and Gardunha on a new level for you guys and it's truckable. Speaking of Estrela just the other day you guys were swimming there but if you go today the activity is snowboard xD
Yeah we heard there was a little bit of snow up there but the truck is still in the garage with a wheel off and brake fluid on the floor 🤦🏻♀️ hopefully we’ll get the parts we need soon.
Love the new Bike 🙌 Loads of apples too, yeah you should get a juicer like ours, I think there are better ones on the market though, our exact model is a bit flimsy 😂 Hope you’re both good x
Oh wow l am so happy for you Sam, looks pretty cool. Love the colour. Just keep safe haha, love your vlogs Sam and Jonny, cant wait for more, love from your Aussie friend
Wine grapes have thicker skin, which imparts more flavor into the wine. These grapes are also smaller than table grapes, resulting in a more concentrated taste.
These grapes do have quite a thick skin and they’re smaller than grapes we’ve seen in the supermarket 🍇 so we guess they are wine grapes 😃 thanks for your help
Love apples, apple pies, apple crumbles, anything with apples good haul
We’ve had a mixed fruit crumble too with the blackberries we picked recently, apple pear and blackberry deeeelicious 🤤
Sam you are making me hungry haha sounds delish

If I'm not wrong, really sweet sugary grapes are table grapes, less sweet are wine grapes.
Thanks we think they might be wine grapes so we aren’t sure what to do with them as we no way have enough for wine 🤔

there's no one around to show you guys the wine/aguardente process? Fundo de quintal (small productor backyard) style
More like hailboarding. 😄 But it's probably all gone by now.

Yet another great video, Nice bike 👍 I like how you got changed so quickly 😂 the fruit looks lush especially the grapes , are they wine grapes ? X
😅😅 thanks! We think they are wine grapes yeah 😃
Sweet bike Sam, cant go far wrong with a dirt bike from KTM....suspect you'll have to hide the keys from Jonny tho😅
I absolutely love it 🧡😎 definitely it’s amazing so smooth to ride, glad I went for KTM! Haha, well… until his new one arrives 😏
If it has seeds and a thick peal they are wine grapes
We think they might be wine grapes 🤔
They are still fine for eating its just slightly more bitter and has seeds.
