@@merlos1987 The helmet should be tight when brand new and will be more comfortable after breaking in. Mine was tight at my cheeks and head and loosened up after wearing it for a few hours. If there's still too much pressure at your cheeks, there are replaceable cheek pads for the Shoei that come in smaller sizes. I'm not sure about that neck strap though. Let me know if you have any questions in general.

pretty much wear it for long time at the time. I am new in motorcycle and i just got mine today.

Just one question , is it Normal to be tie in ur cheek. And the strap be a little bit uncomfortable?
