I've always thought that you're supposed to love yourself before finding the one you're meant to be with...but, through watching this video, I've learned that loving yourself, just like loving your person, is a process. It doesn't happen overnight. To grow with your person, to learn to love not only your person, but also yourself, that's beautiful.
