This is a societal problem. Our society has to lay down certain rules as absolutely unacceptable public behaviour. We see this not just on roads but in many public places where people choose easy way over the right way. Most importantly this can be solved only by education, good parenting and self control. Government can only play a supporting role.
Dude this is india. You're expecting too much from indians. You can leave if you don't like it here. I have already applied for my visa to Australia. I can't stand the non stop honking here. Driver me mad stepping out of the house.
Education? ROFL. Just near my house there's an international school. Parents who come drop their children create chaos every single day. Those who come on two wheelers ride in the opposite/wrong lane. The ones in the cars (including luxury cars) honk like mad. Some of them park on the turns, double park or park in front of building gates. Unless people learn about how their behaviour impacts others, it's not going to change. And this is not coming from normal education.

I think the key was snatched away due to the prevalence of escaping on investigation. This is what many do when encountered with the system, escape and run away.
@@ThirdEyeDude I wouldn't call them idiot drivers per se, but many seem to be ignorant individuals. I see, we should be highly vigilant of what is, and what not is legal and right.
@@Seeker7257 trust me it is not ignorance. It's blatant disregard for the law and the safety of other individuals. Through my 5+ years of residing in BLR, I have seen proper MNC employees on REs and KTMs riding on the footpath. That's not ignorance, that is wilful violation.
Riding on footpath is not a mere traffic violation. It is a cognizable offense meaning a serious crime. Not only the police, even the citizens are empowered by law to arrest footpath riding criminals. Thanks for this video.
Really appreciate the hard work by the police. Many times people don't wear helmets or violate traffic rules and when caught create a big mess and chaos on the streets. Its time we act responsibly on the streets.
Police has not got the right to pull of the key. If the biker is violating the rules, let police put the fine. Police should learn some rules before putting the fine.
@@ganeshdarshan1303 How exactly? There are hundreds of vehicles with numerous offences against their registration numbers. Not everyone stops when flagged by cops, and frankly it is considered heroic to evade cops in different ways. How do you suggest the cops stop offenders without pulling the keys out if there is a risk of people fleeing?
In Chennai sometimes the traffic police deliberately stops 5 to 10 bikes at a time and asks Rs.100 or 200 bribe claiming the riders didn't stopped in signal even if they provide every documents. If you escape without bribing they don't mind 😂😂😂
Bro they should note down the number , taking someone stuff without approval is wrong ,which these people don't understand ,it will be miss use of power ,a bike or car is property ,we shouldn't entertained key taking thing

I am from Kolkata and I have never seen any bike or scooty riding on footpath, but when I traveled to Bangalore last month I saw many people riding on footpath and crossing dividers! Why do they do it 😥
Is there any platform where we can report this nuisance by sharing the videos as this is very common near Murgeshpallya specially near the kempfort mall area and the pizza Hut corner bend. Please assist
He did correct these bikes are the main reason for accident there should be seperate lane for two wheelers two wheelers are the main reason for chaos and accidents on road
As the roads are too congested in bangalore. On top these people cross in wrong direction or occupy footpath for fast riding and to short cut the time. Cops need to discipline these people rather than harassing the common family people for pillion helmet ✌🏼
You come to Hyderabad and see. Full of traffic violations. No respect for the rules. It is very common to see bikers using the pedestrian and more common when it comes to wrong side driving. What is more alarming is that the offenders will indulge in worldly dual with the Police.
Yes for certain category of people you need be little harsh. Taking away the keys is right. Because these guys don't care of anybody. They will just hit and flip
People must be educated & they should be aware of the rules that should be followed strictly to save their & others life as well...nobody should violate the trafic rules in the best interest of people & their families......people are so adamant to wait for signal to turn green.....moving in opposite direction showing laziness to take a u turn which will be 100 or 200 mtrs farer...instead to take opposite direction only to go to hell taking other life also... Shame on this kind of people
Nowadays parenting doesn't show responsibility...They think the kids attitude to misuse or disrespectful behaviour is muscle power....They think Tik Tok, stupid haircuts , crazy driving are all their kids ACHIEVEMENTS....And most of them are not financially sound yet they tend to go for costly clothes, vehicles that doesn't fit their pocket. So buying such things is to showcase their power and they do it at the cost of disobeying law and order...., causing inconvenience to public and do not regret any harm done. That's the worst part. Earlier parents had an upper hand as children were raised to care for family once they start earning. So there were limits and constraints. Now they've been given much freedom that they think they're not under anyone's control including parents or society. Unless responsibility starts from within , these people can never be corrected. Appreciate the police for their actions and response to something disorderly.
Those hardworking police officers can even help is in other way by complaining to their higher officials abt path holes near where they stand... So that it can be rectified soon
Every other city in India. Chennai is not an exception. It's also true that in a lot of cities the roads are occupied by illegal parking. Roads are not wide enough and footpaths are also occupied by illegal hawkers and sme vendors

I think he was not on footpath.. He was on that property pavement.. And also police removing key is not right.. Police might have stopped him for not wearing helmet
Exactly ,blore needs broader roads , underground tunnels to tackle the heavy traffic ,all major needs to be six lane to control the flow of traffic smoothly
Bangalore roads are taking vehicle load more than their designed vehicular capacity. In fact all metro cities. Govt's shitty management of traffic and roads compell the bikers/ citizens to take these unsafe choices. Yet, no one blames the authorities. Citizens ars always wrong ??
I appreciate their work but what about water logging issues in the city. Why always middle class people are penalized why not the people who are responsible for today's condition in city's

Most stringent punishment must be given to the indisciplined riders. Fines are not the answer.
