Such a professional. Most would crumble by forgetting the lyrics during a live competitive performance, but Peter made it cute even though his heart must have shattered. He’s an amazing talent and so smooth under pressure. Well done Peter. That host could take a lesson in tact tho.

Peter Cox has the unique ability to just sing any song, any cover and make it his own. Silky smooth blue eyed soul at its best, he was robbed on Reborn in the USA which was a shame. He still remains an amazing artist, he will be reborn again, do watch this space.

I find it very strange that through the whole competition, the audience at home got the final vote apart from this week....he would have deffinately gone through had they stuck to the rules.
LoLzZ85 I suspect he had to throw it. He wasn't originally meant to be there at all. The final was always meant to be about pushing Tony Hadley's solo career. They had the same manager iirc. Shame because Peter Cox is in my opinion one of the worlds greatest singers, especially live.

Tony Hadley's a great singer, but I also felt Peter had the edge-I'm sure he's over it by now though, bless him!

What a shame. Could happen to anyone. He carried on brilliantly and was so gracious, emphasising just how mouthy and vacuous Davina McCall is.
