For the spikes you could add crying obsidian to give a extra glow effect

If you are a Bedrock player you can’t instant mine like that, it’s a Java exclusive unfortunately

To get the two stacked book you need two cursed books and put them in a grindstone and they’ll END up going together when you take them out

You just put the curse of vanishing books in the grindstone and they will keep the enchantment cause they are annoying, but then you have a double ;)
