Please I will like to know if there is guarantee for this product ? Is there a possibility to obtain the product and its not functioning? In that case what can I do ? Thanks for your responds waiting.
The Renpho company states that they have a limited 1 year warranty on their products from the date of purchase and if you have any problems, contact them. I have had mine for over a year and it is working well so far.

I ordered this product after 3 days I will got .. my father age 60 plus .. they have too much pain his legs . Can I use it for relief pain .. awaiting your positive feedback
@@diamondsandlipgloss you are welcome. I didn’t try the one with heat but from my experience using mine, my legs always feel lighter and better, this is a great product if you are on your feet too long or if you sit too long!

More importantly, it would be beneficial to demonstrate how to put the leg compression on with all the wiring involved. It is quite tricky .

Yes it does turn off automatically after each session which is 20 mins!
