In this episode we drive from Atascadero to Los Gatos, California. In Los Gatos we go to my grandmother's 90th birthday and then from there we head to Half Moon Bay for a few days. - Taba Taba Chinese Bistro, Los Gatos
- Sam's Chowder House, Half Moon Bay (wasn't super impressed)
- Half Moon Bay Brewing Company (go for the beer, not the food)

My hubby is from LG too. He came to Maui 30 years ago. My first time to the mainland was in 1999 and my mother in law took me to Filoli. I really loved it. My husband and I are going to Half Moon Bay next year and visit with his college buddy who lives there.
That is amazing! Yes, Filoli was a beautiful property to visit. The gardens were my favorite part. Have a great time in Half Moon Bay! We will always love visiting there.
I used to live in San Carlos, I've visited all the places you showed. I ridden my bicycle pass Filoli regularly but never paid to go in. It's too expensive in the Peninsula enough, lol. I miss the great weather and low crime. Very nice video! You do it well that it hurts seeing it and missing it too much.
It is such a beautiful place! It's so nice you got to live there for a bit. I agree on the price of admission to Filoli - if it weren't for the family reunion, we would have had to skip it.
