Awesome day out there, Jeff...you crushed em!! And I appreciate the shout out! Nice to see you nailed some on the Stone Pony. Looks like you had the stream all to yourself-one of the great perks of fishing this time of year. Tight lines, my friend!

Hey Cory! I didn’t see another angler the whole day! Thanks for watching! Fish were on the stone pony early and then the eggstacy egg. Merry Christmas!

Hey Jeff! A great day, gotta love that egg pattern. I’m trying micro eggs now, not sure they’ll be any better than my regular size but we’ll see. Thanks for sharing.

Hey Scott! Thanks for watching! I think the fish were really active. I guess they are trying to fatten up after the spawn. Let me know how you do on the micro eggs. I really like the eggstacy eggs. They get nice and heavy with water weight. Have a great holiday!

What is your gear set up for this outing?
    Also, which net is that?

Hi Mandy. Thank you for watching. I have a friend that builds my rods. I don’t have all the specs but it’s a 10 foot 3 weight. I pair it with a 5-6 weight lamson liquid reel. I’m actually looking to upgrade soon. My friend wants to build a black diamond for me. Unfortunately I lost my fishpond net. The one I was using in the video I picked up at Cabela’s. I don’t know the brand. I liked it because it’s super light. I build my own nymphing leaders. The one I was using was a micro leader with a 12 lb butt section. I taper that down to 1X sighter. I run tippet from 3x to 6 x depending on conditions. Let me me know if you have any other questions.
