Nice edit. I just recently finished the game and what really got me was the scene just before the fight with Malicos when Cal gives Merrin his lightsaber. I remembered the scene from TCW where Anakin gives his saber to Padme saying something about a lightsaber being "a Jedi's life", and that he is therefore giving her his life. Crap - Merrin could have stabbed Cal, could have killed him on spot. Cal really was giving Merrin his life... It was a really strong gesture (in the context of SW). I hope that their story will be positively developed somehow.

Next star wars novel. How the last nightsister merrin romances cal the last jedi and gets her baby from him, a special baby. The nightsisters are reborn on a new spark of the light side. Merrian studies the ways of the force and the jedi. So the new queen mother can ensure lightside nightsisters are raised to be powerful and unafraid and cannot be destroyed by dark side nightsisters.
I don't get it that people could dislike Meren. (It was just a joke on social media, but it still hurt me). She helps Cal in a fight (even if it's just one), she can't bring back her people while Cal can, and she breaks the invisible wall that all Nightsisters are self seeking, scary, and violent. She's sweet but emotionally hurt. She needs a hug.🥺🥺🥺

She acted aloof, but managed to get used to Cal so quickly and became his friend (or even more than a friend). I mean, she needed someone's support, even though she was strong and lonely all the time, like a hermit. Maybe that's why I noticed some connection between them. It was like they both needed each other, even when they didn't know it.

During their Expedition Cal and Merrin of course search out Mommy Talzin's Cave AND GUESS WHO HAS A BASE THERE : DARTH MOTHERFRICKING MAUL. Howbout Cal and Maul kinda fighting over the Course of the Planet's Story in Merrins head. Maul, who wants a Appreantice to finally rival his former Master Sidious again, trying to trick her into thinking he could make her mature Faster into the new Mother. Later in the Plants Story she finally is able to snap out of it as she realizes Maul would teach the ways of the Sith, not the ways of the Nightsisters, meaning the new Nightsister-clan would be more her Searvants then her Family (wich is how it should work). So she decides to stick with Cal (this could be our Kissing scene) because there she learned Family-life. Of course, we also Fight this Sith-Lord of togheter, destroying his originaly perfectly fine aquired Inquisitor-Saber (though still Functional as the Double-bladed he then uses in Rebels). Maul would use that Laser-helicopter, but also the Dark-saber in that, uhm, rather fleeing then fighting section i'd expect. Does that sound great or not?
