I dont think so. Her songs writing is pretty average and her tunes are very flat and forgettable. Her singing is below average. She has no vocal dynamism at all. What makes her shine is she is clean and white blond Barbie like and pop - she is a clean authentic fun sweet white American girl - what a real miss America would be. The music scene is over run with very tacky explicit lyrics and visuals of other ethnicities. While she remains old school Hollywood. A girl you can introduce as your friend to your mom.

Im a swiftie, but im not offended what shaan has said. See, its completely ok to not like taylor and her music because each and every person has their own pov and thoughts etc but its not ok to hate taylor and making it as your own whole personality. Have u checked out Brightest Blue by Ellie Goulding (one of Tay's British friends) ? Both albums were released same year and with similar vibes, Folklore being an escape to the outer while Brightest Blue being an inner journey.

Everyone's favourite is quite personal. I've heard from R&B to indie, from US to Japan and I can quite state myself as a huge music enthusiast. My personal favourite is Taylor swift. No matter her voice or her lyrical ability or her stage performance from a singer to a director she feels unique to me.
