Sinners are basically immortal. The only way to kill them permanently is through angelic weapons. Otherwise, they will just put themselves back together or respawn. With that in mind, just because Carmilla is a weapons dealer, it doesn't mean she doesn't care about what wars can do. She just profits from the sinners' desire to kill each other, what is a great business if we consider that sinners are normally immortal. That would also explain why she became one of the greatest overlords, as probably sinners would sell their souls to her for better weaponry.
Vox: TV and Streaming Services Velvette: Social Media Valentino: Adult Films Alastor: Radio Carmilla: Weaponry, particularly Angelic Weaponry since it's the only thing that can deal permanent damage to a Sinner. Rosie: Matchmaking/Couple Counseling (?) since she helps out a cannibal woman with her husband and advises Charlie later on. Zestial: Theatre, given he's been around longer than all the rest, and his Shakespearan speech pattern. On some theatre stages you also got the 'vampire trap' and Zestial seems to have some vampiric traits (down to lacking a reflection when Alastor adjusts his bowtie). Zeezi: Nightclubs. We see a 'Klub Kaiju' in the pilot, which probably caters to Sinners who are particularly huge & don't fit in most places.
10:05, Alaster is waiting for someone to ASK him were he was for SEVEN YEARS! Whenever this comes up he ask`s THEM to ask and they never do. I`m sure: hes under some kind of restraint that makes it so he cant tell anybody UNLESS THEY ASK HIM EXPLICITLY!
Respectless is an awesome song too. I didn’t realize it til just now but any of the songs that have the Vee’s prominent in them are all especially outstanding. Also Alistor continues to be a showstealer nearly every moment he’s on screen.
Also that part when Vaggie asks Alastor to get rid of the eggs Viv said the subtitles was an error by Amazon Prime "that’s a lot less hot" was meant to be "that’s a lot less fun"
4:20, Alastor was a serial killer and a shock-jock, back in the 1930`s and 40`s. He was a cannibal as well, hence his Wendigo like appearance. He was killed, BY ACCIDENT, when a deer hunter shot him while he was deposing of his "leftovers" in the woods.
Charlie and Vaggie's relationship is so special to me because they try their best to help the other but also understand when it's all too much for one of them to handle, so Vaggie's time alone to calm herself is crucial and Charlie gets it. Those little details tell us everything we need to know ❤️ and if someone doesn't believe those two are in love just because they aren't on top of each other all the time then they don't know what they're talking about (also, "Whatever it Takes" is THE most underrated song ever. It's so good)
@@valentinkambushev4968 IMHO it keeps her character interesting and allows room for development. Charlie is meant to be this rabid idealist, whose intentions are good but doesn't quite realize that some of the ways she approaches them with her solutions aren't quite the best. Next episode is a pretty good example of her "flaw".
15:00, a Sinner, Demon, can only be killed PERMIDENTLY by use of a Holy Weapon. Like what Zestial said before. ("Holy Arms") If a demon is injured they will EVENTUALLY regenerate and heal over time. So yes, MORTAL COMBAT is an actual sport they engage in, IN Hell.
The little creature that turns into a Key and is always around Charlie is Keekee, one of her pets, the other Two dragon goat demons are Razzle and Dazzle, the trio was said to be Charlie plushies that Lucifer bring to life to take care of her, you guys already met Fat Nuggets, Angel's pig that Valentino gave to him
Carmella killed the Exorcist because they took a shot at her daughters and she went full "Mama Bear" mode. But now, she is afraid that if Hell realizes they can fight back against the Angels, her daughters might become "collateral damage".
Idk if this is a spoiler, but meeting Carmilla Carmine was a shocker, we first heard her name hinted at years ago on Hazbin's sister show "Helluva Boss". That show contains a lot more lore and explanations about this world so i really hope you guys watch Helluva Boss as well !
I love "Whatever It Takes", Carmilla Carmine has a beautiful voice and it's so sweet that she wants to protect her daughters. If all Hell went to war, her daughters would end up dying if Heaven and Hell you go to war whereas now they could hide for a day which is "Extermination Day." Overlords have power because they own souls. Sinner demons would make contracts with them and the more souls they own, the more powerful Overloards are. Zestial is the oldest overlord and he is a little insecure of how weak he looks.
Dang, I just came across these, and I'm loving the reactions from you guys. I really like the antagonists in this show - they're all so douchey but so fun. The cat that turns into a key is called Kee-Kee. I loved the Overlords, especially Velvette, Vox, Carmilla and Zestial.
28:40 I think she is mostly worried that if she shares how you can fight back and kill Angels then there will be escalation. Sinners get Angel killing weapons, Angels get bigger weapons, Sinners need more Angel Killing weapons until the Angels escalate from killing for fun to killing to exterminate.
Sometimes you can tell Charlie is the child of the embodiment of Pride. She thought this would be easier, she said. She’s constantly talking about that. Something no one else has done in history, she tonight she could do easily. It hits even harder in 4 that Pride is her primary sin. She never thinks that what she does will have negative consequences and she’s always shocked and nearly shattered when they do.
This is the first time we really see how insecure Alastor is, he loves putting on a big show and having people talking about him. Just take his reaction to zestial and carmine, he was really bothered that carmine didn’t care where he’d been and immediately after he goes looking for dirt on them. This along with the comments made last episode by Val and how people react to zestial really show Alastor isn’t as top a dog as he likes to act, he’s always putting on a show to make people think that way.
(At 8:45) No, Angel Dust is a spider. Katie killjoy his probably a mantis. And Alistair might be a deer. Vaggie I assumed she was a moth, but apparently not.
3:05, Carmella CARBINE Carmine, is an Overlord like Alaster. The top weapons and supplier of machine parts in Hell. And, the actual EARTH BORN mother of those two cuties. And is a BIG part of this season.
In Angel's defense, true bondage and BDSM really does take trust between partners. It's not like how it is in most media, and most especially 50 Shades of Grey.
I love seeing your reactions. As someone who is not overly emotional, the chill vibes really showcase realness for me, and its so awesome!! This is one of my favorite shows as well, so its nice to see what you think of it. (I want to pay for patreon, but i'm saving up for a new drawing tablet. Priorities, you know? T-T)
@@dens12-q8jScreen time is not the only thing that makes a character interesting. Zestial seems to have made an impression on most people who watched the show be it for his design, for the way he talks or (what did it for me personally) his conversation with Alastor. When they talk I kept wondering what is Zestial’s intention? What’s he implying here? Is he trying to sense weakness from Alastor, if so, to what end? The way he talks to Carmilla, actually caring for her, just made these suspicions stronger to me, although Zestial and Alastor definitely agree that the Vees gotta go, so maybe they’re actually allies. See what I mean? All of that from such little screen time. It’s bound to be interesting.
Alastor says "Well, that's a lot less fun" in regards to getting rid of the Egg Bois humanely, not "a lot less hot". They really should make the captions more accurate on these things.
The reason I believe Carmilla didn’t want a war with heaven is because she is a arms dealer. To me the understanding of arms dealer is someone who facilitates war but tries their best to not take a forefront roll in it hence why she say that she never thought blood would touch her face. The reason she can sell arms in hell is because she is for the most part protected from mostly anyone who would go against her or her family since well she will always have the best weapons and gear. So there is no real threat to her in hell at the moment but the angels on the other hand mean all bets are off and her and her daughters will have no choice but to fight in that battle especially if they are seen as the source for how to kill angels
11:20, having POWER isn't enough to be STRONG in Hell. One must also be ruthless enough to inspire FEAR and RESPECT. And CUNNING enough to WIN OVER your enemies and accolades.

Nifty begging to be flung off the roof will never not kill me 😂
I think she's the backbone as in the one that keeps them on track and together.
She seems more level headed than the other two V's
Charlie and Vaggie's relationship is so special to me because they try their best to help the other but also understand when it's all too much for one of them to handle, so Vaggie's time alone to calm herself is crucial and Charlie gets it.
Those little details tell us everything we need to know ❤️ and if someone doesn't believe those two are in love just because they aren't on top of each other all the time then they don't know what they're talking about (also, "Whatever it Takes" is THE most underrated song ever. It's so good)
Omg yes! Whatever It Takes is so good yet extremely underrated. And Chaggie’s relationship warms my lesbian heart, they’re also too underrated.
@@tvnerd2007 THANK YOU!!! finally someone with taste
Unfortunately, Charlie doesn't listen to Vaggie at all and always does whatever she wants.
Agreed!
If you want more James Monroe Elgort, watch Helluva Boss. He voices Asmodeus and has two fantastic musical numbers.
I thought he sounded familiar
Crazy that this show and Helluva has so many Broadway actors.
Kinda but not really. There's not much lore in Helluva Boss that is relevant to the plot in Hazbin.
@@SwordTune Id SO argue otherwise. Im willing to go as far as to say you SHOULD watch Helluva First, and THEN Hazbin makes more sense.
rip "That was a productive meeting"
I love "Whatever It Takes", Carmilla Carmine has a beautiful voice and it's so sweet that she wants to protect her daughters. If all Hell went to war, her daughters would end up dying if Heaven and Hell you go to war whereas now they could hide for a day which is "Extermination Day."
Overlords have power because they own souls. Sinner demons would make contracts with them and the more souls they own, the more powerful Overloards are. Zestial is the oldest overlord and he is a little insecure of how weak he looks.
Oh Pentious heard what the egg said he just doesnt believe them ("Maybe tommorow you will se a martian")
“Are we exited for episode 4 of hazbin hotel?”
Well I’m not sure if exited is the right word😭😭
(At 14:53) Charlie: WTF?! WHO TAUGHT YOU _THIS?!_
It's wild how the songs just keep getting better through each episode.
Eh not really
It has nothing to do with pride. She's naive, optimistic, and inexperienced. All of the issues that come up with her all stem from those 3 traits.
Asking why there's a weapon dealer in hell is like saying why is there a drug dealer in the ghetto xD I love it lol
Zestiel is a spider as well!
That face Montana made when the BDSM club scene came up lol
To this day “Respectless” is one of the songs I listen to the most.
Oooo banger inbound for next week’s episode. Pleasantly surprised at how fun this show was.
Oh yeah that lady Camaro Carfight killed one
This is gonna be a big one for *LOOOOOORRRE* revelations and world building
Thats Kiki the literal key to the hotel and one of Charlie's pets/familiars
(At 14:13) HBO called, they said they want their "canceled" after dark series _Cathouse_ back.
I just can't wait for their reaction at the next episode
(At 18:37) I can see "Vaggie" as Carmella Carmine's third daughter.
(At 14:44) You're literally living in Hell. So… define "disgusting"?
Can't wait to see their reaction to the 4th episode.
With all those puns you both like to use, I'm just glad you two found each other.
3:05, Carmella CARBINE Carmine, is an Overlord like Alaster.
The top weapons and supplier of machine parts in Hell.
And, the actual EARTH BORN mother of those two cuties.
And is a BIG part of this season.
Vaggie’s official role in the hotel is the Manager.
the egg bois are the best
Velvette walks on screen "Oh no, she's hot"
In Angel's defense, true bondage and BDSM really does take trust between partners. It's not like how it is in most media, and most especially 50 Shades of Grey.
Carmilla's songs are my favorite
I CANT WAIT FOR EPISODE 4
The little one eyed cat thing is named kiki. Thats really all i know about it, but it's so cute!!!
My two fav episodes are coming up! Really excited to see your reactions on Masquerade and Dad Beat Dad.
World 's Best Dads?
Wait, it's called Dad Beat Dad?
I love seeing your reactions. As someone who is not overly emotional, the chill vibes really showcase realness for me, and its so awesome!! This is one of my favorite shows as well, so its nice to see what you think of it.
(I want to pay for patreon, but i'm saving up for a new drawing tablet. Priorities, you know? T-T)
Yay a reason to watch Hazbin again
That was a sadist scene 😭😭😭
Respectless is one of the many bangers of this show!!! 😌❤️🔥
11:00, how is that thing STILL bleeding?
it appears among the overlords while not the strongest (or maybe he is who knows) Zestial is for sure the most respected
I'm excited for them to meet zestial.
no offense to u and all respectful but why are u excited for them to meet a character that shows once in the show for literally 1 minute
@@dens12-q8j LMAO
@@ElizabethSolano-g9j AM I NOT RIGHT OR AM I MISSING SOMETHING
@@dens12-q8jIDK I HAVEN'T WATCH THIS EP IN AWHILE
It’s almost time.. who else is excited/scared for EP4?
Alastor says "Well, that's a lot less fun" in regards to getting rid of the Egg Bois humanely, not "a lot less hot". They really should make the captions more accurate on these things.
(At 13:26) least Carmella HAS one.
27:53 Yeah, it's pretty obvious, what Val is. ( ͡° ͜ʖ ͡°)
He's clearly the muscle of the Vee's of course, what else?
11:20, having POWER isn't enough to be STRONG in Hell.
One must also be ruthless enough to inspire FEAR and RESPECT.
And CUNNING enough to WIN OVER your enemies and accolades.
the pet is KiKi. We don't know what its for, but he literally turns into a key. he's part of the emblem to the hotel
My favorite song what ever it takes
I LOVE THE SONG!!!!!
them screaming on the battlefield was improv btw
The little critter is Kee Kee, I think
cant wait for the next one
Hi guys great reaction to Hazbin Hotel
I got a question for who is your favorite character so far
My first favorite character is Sir Pentious and the little egg boys
Second is Charlie
The killer is revealed and Alastor continues plotting.
I dont think "your people" is angel foreshadowing its just cause charlie is the princess-
next ep is a banger and so sad. one of the best of the season!
I keep getting distracted trying to figure out what the heck is reflecting in the play button. During the title sequence it's doing some headbanging haha
Kenny's face in the preview OMG
Oh god the next episode starts the epic-ness of this show and HILY SHIT TRIGGER WARNING EPISODE 4
Next week can't come fast enough 😢😢😢😢😢
Velvet is a little bouncing ball of SPITE and AMBITION.
This is my personal opinion but the ballads in this show are the best, the vocals, the harmonies, Whatever it Takes is my top 3 in this show.
As a new and creepy fan; Both of you = Would.
I mean...I like your videos.
:3
Everytime I see that purple demon lwash walking domeone in the background, I keep thinking its Michael Afton.
Am I tge only one?
I can’t wait for the next episode, it by far is the best written episode (which sucks regarding the heavy TWs). I can’t wait for y’all’s reaction and mainly Montana’s reaction to Angel’s abuse.
Velvette is my absolute favorite character. She’s so amazing and I love her being trending and calling people who are more powerful than she is out. People hate her sm and I don’t know why because she eats every time she’s on screen.
So, just a heads up, the next episode goes into pretty deep and tragic territory. You MIGHT need tissues.
They've done watched it lol. Don't know how they reacted to it though. We'll find out next Tuesday
15:50
uhm weve know she the princess of hell since the first episode
how is this foreshadowing
Feels like the second song could've been used for the trust exercises, like during the offscreen battle we were never shown, instead of a brand new character...
The singing in this show is as good or better than Disney songs
