Not to make this into a feminist thing but it's great to see women doing these things and being good at it and having their own spot being featured. Also the perfectionism and attention to detail is relatable. Overall a good transition and tutorial as well. Would love more tips and tricks like this by people with the same mindset, who are equally passionate and nerdy about what they do, and good at it too.

Counterargument: opportunity to reach a large audience blown off by shrugging the obligation, obvious to any media professional, to spend an extra ten seconds wiring up a lav microphone for minimum standards of presentation (compared to an echo chamber in more ways than one).

Also the fact that it was not about them being women. As things like giving woman a spotlight because they are women would discredits them as professionals. So I love female representation like this: They’re represented because they are professionals with knowledge about something that they are here to teach, nothing more and nothing less.👏🏼👏🏼
