We complete on our house on 22nd July. We had some fears about finding the final sum of money, but all sorted and we are ready for our own home rather than renting.
Next step is sorting out our work…I’m in the middle of an application for something linked to education so will have school holidays free to be with our young son-we are stuck for childcare and being with him is the best thing in the world anyway so if it’s meant to be and in the highest good, that will come.

Look into red light therapy. (660 nm + 850 nm NIR) Light stimulates our mitochondria to produce ATP in our cells. Also, get yourself into the sun. We are electrical beings and are dying without it. (Most are under artificial office LED lighting and in front of a computer (harmful blue light) all day. Dr. Jack Kruse or Dr. Max Gulhane here on YT explain it all.
