lol its actually my school laptop, but I prefer the look of the old macbook which is like 7 years old (BTW, it's only purpose is for videos lol), but I couldn't get it to turn on for this video so I had to use my other laptop.

This is the cube I want the most
By far the best review in the cubing community. The shots were amazing, and you sounded professional, not saying silly things (you gave good wording for the things that needed it). I remember you commented on cyotheking's review, and you said he sounded a bit bored, you also stated that it makes him sound more professional. I, on the other hand, find your "emotional" language way, way more professional. Nice job JR, I can't wait for more reviews 😀
omg i just got the gan 356 air master for my birthday! this is a pretty accurate review except i think the springs do change the feel of the cube! good review!

I personally use the Blue springs. I find that it fits my slightly lighter turning style great but during last layer I can speed up and perform my algs really fast and fluidly.

The purple ones are bloody amazing. Actually all of the ones that come with the GrandMaster/Ultimate are incredible. You really should try them.

why do you think that the GES is a gimmick when you didn't spend any time trying the other ones? green is by far the best and they are stock on the ultimate edition which Felix uses, so I guess someone uses them.
well I haven't tried the ultimate, but based on the regular air, I didn't see much variety. Maybe a few people here and there used different colors, but not as much as I was really expecting when the cube first came out. I didn't want to spend all the time testing each and every spring color when all I've heard from multiple people is that the stock ones are better anyways.

I just don't really like that you just took other people's opinions and assumed them to be correct. You have a large audience and I feel that it's kind of irresponsible to just assume the people you talked to are right. I know SpeedCubeReview uses orange springs. A poll on the /r/cubers subreddit (here: strawpoll.de) showed that of 130 people more than half use the yellow. Good research.

yea if a few people here and there used different colors there is no possible way of knowing if you are one of those people, don't let other people affect the way you set up your own cubes that is irresponsible as a youtuber because anyone can tell me what other people said, it's YOUR review so I wanted your opinion

I've felt a Premuim Gans Air at a comp. It's so smooth and light, I used it for an official average. I'd have to say, it's a darn good cube

I cannot begin to explain how much I recommend trying out either the greens, the blues, or the purples. I've spent a couple of weeks with each of them and greens ended up working for me, but I really think that they are just much better than the reds, yellows, and oranges.
If you're trying to improve video quality, you're doing a great job.
I think the springs are a great idea! my style is much different then most others, so I can get what I need with even tensioning! very very useful!

I've heard that the green springs are even better than the yellow ones, and when the purple springs are used, the lockups vanish completely. And I've seen a couple of people already that favor the orange springs.

I would say most of the GES springs are pretty good and not gimmicky. My two favorite are the green and blue. Lots of people like the yellow and clear. People who like super stable cubes have liked the orange. Purple is good for magnetic cubes, and so is blue. The only one I would say is irrelevant is the red springs

Honestly, I don't think the GES System is gimmick, because with them, a speedcuber can make the puzzle feel the way he wants, and he isn't stuck with the stock feeling/speed

Believe it or not I actually use the purple springs. I like my cubes really loose and fast and that's what the purple spring gives me so that's what I use.

I use yellow ges on mine and green on the white and yellow faces (because of the way I turn) with gans sticky lube and it works perfect for my I got a sub 40 which is my pb currently

To me it feels like the Gans 356 became something similar to the Zanchi. Revolutionary in a way, a little over priced, might dominate the market for a couple of years, but the newer designs they come up with may just become defaults in the near future.

People claim the clear,yellow,and green are the best. Personally I have never tried the green, but people do say the cube sometime flexes a bit to much.Coming from a new Cuber like me that would not suit me very well. I use the clears right now for the More stable feel, and plan to test the yellows a bit more, I have before but not much
