You are so freaking true brother. Employers don't care how many certificates you have in digital marketing. They only care if you can bring the results they want or not.
If there are 10 people for a Digital Marketing Manager interview and you are the only who has his own blog, have written some articles, generated traffic through organic or paid media, know how to use analytics, generate traffic then you will stand out than the rest of the candidate.
That is something I am awaring people about as well.

in my 4 years of sales exp i can conclude that it's shouldn't be an option of everyone as because it's a result oriented job many will find the working is under pressure, and loose hope in despair, i guess only perseverance can save them as you should always work hard to get desired pleasures. 🙂
