    Confession is when accused admits any fact in issue or relevant fact in front of magistrate which relates to charge in question in which he is a suspect....
    And
    Plea of Guilt is when the accused after confessing any fact in issue or relevant fact in front of magistrate is tried during cross examination on statements based on his confession and is found guilty and is further subjected to discretion of magistrate to convict him
