Yes, that will not change. However, you cannot deny the fact that Russ has been on the court all season and he has never cheated the game. It's always been good effort. Shot selection and turnovers are bad sometimes, but you can't deny the effort. As a coach, lack of effort is way worse. Personally, I'd hate so see great talent go to waste because of lack of effort. That's more infuriating than someone trying hard but failing.
