    I'm 24 and have had high cholesterol and heart arrhythmia since the 6th grade. Even after changing to a majority vegetarian diet and exercising regularly I still can't seem to have a normal cardiovascular system. I'm not overweight, probably under to be honest, so most likely a genetic issue. This kind of news makes me sleep just a little bit easier at night. Thank you!

      Serrapeptase, a natural enzyme eats this plaque and other dead tissue also without harming live tissue and it is cheap and availible at most vitamin stores. I've used it for over 7 years to prevent inflammation. All the doctors I have encountered will not discuss any other treatments they can't make money from so don't bother asking them, I've tried. Just get you some of.this enzyme and take it regularly like you would a vitamin. Has worked great for me and I'm artery healthy at 52. You don't have to take my word for it. Research it yourself.

      You remind me of a man I met who had a heart attack in his late 20's. At the time he was working excessively in his own business. After the heart attack, whenever he felt stressed by his work, he would stop and go home and lie down until he calmed down. When I saw him he was about 50 and had not had another heart attack. At the time, there weren't all the medications we have today. At that time also, there was evidence that high blood pressure predisposed to heart attacks, plus the fact that isometric exercise (stress) increased blood pressure whereas aerobic exercise (what we call Cardio) lowered it, which seems to me to be true. I wish you good fortune in keeping your heart and arteries healthy.

    Wow, this is actually a breath of fresh air. I currently have a heart stent in my left ventricle due to a heart attack I sustained a few years ago. My cholesterol can't be controlled without medication and it was this plaque accumulation that caused my heart attack. It is kinda frustrating knowing that your body already had the means to fight off plaque buildup but doesn't on it's own. Ill keep a closer eye on this topic.

    • @Bylov6812
      @Bylov6812 4 года назад +37

      I hope you realise that cholesterol isn't the only and main cause of heart disease, right? You can check out ¨What I've learned¨ youtube channel to broaden your knowledge on the subject, the guy is making very good videos with science papers backing up his claims and it's not like he's forcing his opinion on you. I highly recommend it. The main cause of heart disease is inflammation, the unhealthy things you do and eat, create an infinite cycle of inflammation that damages your arteries and blood vessels, forcing your body to clog it up with cholesterol and other bits to repair it. Inflammation helps us fight infections, but if your body is in a constant state of inflammation, sooner or later, you will feel the consequences (from what you typed, you did feel that). By reducing not cholesterol, but inflammation processes, such as ingestion of sugar and such, you will improve your health. I also recommend watching the videos from the RUclipsr I just mentioned about insulin levels in the blood. To generally and grossly summer the subject up: low insulin levels in the blood at all times = longer, more fulfilling life with the functioning body.
      Cheers, stay safe, spread the good word.

      Have you tried a very healthy diet recommended by Dr. Esselstyn?

    • @xxxdroidmonkeyxxx
      @xxxdroidmonkeyxxx 4 года назад +9

      @VIS Mong Not exactly. It doesn't remove 100% of the plaque. In fact, cholesterol is extremely important for cardiovascular health. There's a reason why we separate it into two types, LDL and HDL (the first being bad for you while the latter is good). In general, it's meant to protect your arterial walls from damage it sustains over its use. It only becomes bad when it accumulates to a point of causing a blockage (which is sometimes caused by inflammation due to bad diet).
      According to the study, this therapy reduces plaque by 20-40% based on severity, so to answer your question, no it won't kill you.

    When it comes to heart disease, as an exercise physiologist I recommend taking anything that increases nitric oxide such as beet root and L-Citrulline which in turn will help the arteries relax and maintain or improve elasticity which in turn will prevent the laying down of plaque. Of course you must prevent the lesions to begin with so maintaining optimal blood sugar levels is another thing that must be done. Berberine can help with this! Also, to help with repairs you must have adequate amounts of vitamin C. A liposomal version does good for this or better yet a high dose up to 15g IV infusion a couple of times per month.
    Keep your blood pressure in check as well to prevent lesions. Short spikes in BP when exercising is good because it helps the arteries remain elastic. However, long term BP issues can cause significant damage to the endothelium, especially if the diastolic is consistently over 100mmHg.
    Vitamin E in the form of mixed tocotrienols must also be added to the list. Up to 2g of Omega 3s is another that must be added to help reduce inflammation. Another one to add is a good quality R-Lipoic Acid to detoxify water and fat soluble cells and reduce oxidative stress. IV Glutathione up to 3g through a push or drip in 500ml sodium chloride will help detoxify and increase glutathione status thereby reducing toxicity levels in the body which in turn reduces ROS.
    I also like to take up to 2 full tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil per day to keep optimal bile flow which in turn keeps the liver detox pathways wide open and maintaining a healthy liver function. If you have problems with your liver, you will have very high cholesterol and triglycerides.
    Lastly, if you have access to an infrared sauna you should try and use it at least 5 days per week for up to 25 minutes! Studies show that this alone can reduce cardiovascular disease by up to 50% and all cause mortality by up to 40%! That's huge!
    A lot more to this, but hope the bit of information I have shared can help someone. Oh, I follow my own routine and I am 56 years of age and after checking my aortic pulse wave velocity to measure the health of my arteries, the test results show I have the arteries of someone in their 30s. Of course proper diet and exercise that includes resistance training and aerobic exercise is a must. Blessings!

      So I’m 53 I exercise and do triathalon races. I have high cholesterol and taking a mild dose of statin. Where do I get all the vitamins and where are your references?

    • @Total_Body_Fitness_USA
      @Total_Body_Fitness_USA 3 года назад +12

      @@HardCorps88 Hello - I've been in the healthy industry since the mid 90s as an exercise physiologist and have nearly 8 years of training in functional medicine so when it comes to disease in the human body I have a fairly good understanding of what works based on experience with thousands of men and women over the years.
      In your case with the high cholesterol, I'd be curious to know what your true baseline is? For example, what was your cholesterol when you were 25 years of age? Do you indeed have high cholesterol as shown with a full CardioIQ panel from Quest Diagnostics? Most physicians just check cholesterol, triglycerides, HDL, and a calculated LDL and that is a very small part of the puzzle. You must check particle size, particle count, particle type, Lp(a), PLAC2, OxLDL, MPO, etc.. Also, cholesterol is not dangerous unless it's oxidized in the presence of inflammation, SO, you should also check all your interleukin inflammatory markers, HS-CRP, and TNF-alpha to start with.
      If indeed your cholesterol was normal back when you were 25 years of age, then you must find what's causing the high cholesterol now if indeed it's high. The liver is responsible for making less or more cholesterol based on your diet. If you eat a lot of high cholesterol foods, then your body will make less, and vice-versa.
      Two things that can cause high cholesterol - your liver is not working properly - or you have inflammation going on somewhere in your body. Fix the inflammation and/or the liver and you fix the problem. 99% of the people I consult with don't need to be on a statin because I get to the root of the problem instead of putting a band-aid on it. In any case, I'd hope you are at least taking a supplemental CoQ10 because statins block your body's natural ability to produce it. Much much more to this, but this comment is getting long. Good luck and best wishes!

Just get you some of.this enzyme and take it regularly like you would a vitamin. Has worked great for me and I'm artery healthy at 52. You don't have to take my word for it. Research it yourself.

      @ Mark shaz There are several things you can control regarding heart disease. 1. Eat healthy. 2. Regular exercise. 3. No smoking ever. 4. Avoid alcohol/practice moderation of alcohol. The one thing nobody can control is their genetics. If you have a family history, even if you practice the above controllable factors, your risk of heart disease is extremely hard. I personally have treated athletes, including a 42 year old marathon runner, for heart attacks with 100% artery occlusions. I hope you have things under control and wish you future good health.

      cholesterol is an animal product. The only treatment that has ever been shown to reverse artery occlusion is an animal-product free diet which allows the problems in your heart to slowly dissolve out over time because plant oils and fats do not generally harden inside the body.

    The questions I was left with.
    When the immune system eliminates the nanotubes, are they broken down or merely excreted? In either case, are long term consequences of introducing nanotubes and/or by products into the environment being investigated? Might we need to consider special treatment for these wastes?
    Does the cloaking chemical serve a useful purpose in healthy cells? If so, what keeps it from being turned off in healthy cells? If not, why would macrophages have evolved to recognize this chemical?
    Does the drug turn off the cloaking chemical by attracting it more powerfully than the macrophages' receptors? If not, how does it do it?
    Do the macrophages ingest the nanotubes because they recognize them as something foreign which should be removed/destroyed?

      Yes the chemical serves a purpose in healthy cells. To keep them from being destroyed when they are functioning just fine. In the normal pathway of cell death, dying cells usually release chemicals that signal phagocytosis to the macrophages. So I hope that answers the question about the macrophages.

      It's better if cold fusion doesn't just tell people all those answers so people don't just regurgitate information without understanding it. To answer some of those questions check the sources, in terms of safety going forward though, we aren't going to get that answer until we do human testing and even then it could be years before we see the outcome of those effects. Considering that heart attacks not only kill, but leave people in a debilitated poor quality of health, it's the kind of illness where taking the risk is likely to save more lives than being too slow in adoption. It's good that you are thinking about it critically though.

    With luck, I turn 70 in a couple of weeks, I suffered a Pulmonary Embolism in 1999, then had bypass surgery the next year.
    The thing was, I rode my bicycle every work day & was considered very fit.
    When I was in hospitalised for blood clotting, the nurses apologised for having to pinch me to inject the thinners.
    On looking back, I now know that I consumed too much sugar in the way of sugary treats, thinking that I wasn't putting on weight, so it was all good.
    My best advice is to steer clear of any sugar(s) which hide in processed & low-fat foods.
    Very excited for others when this discovery becomes available for humans.
    I love how this new tech attacks the problem, unlike medications that we suffer to date, which only mask the problem while introducing unwanted side-effects.

      My understanding of the problem of plaque breaking off , is that it isn't necessarily the loose plaque that causes a blockage, but the immune response to that chunk, that sometimes plugs things up. And I would say when something starts breaking up plaque, there is always a risk that it will not break up perfectly . On the other hand, it would be really nice to get rid of the plaque in your arteries.

    The cause of Cardiovascular disease is NOT unknown. Its widely known that sugar and wheat along with highly processed oils such as Soybean oil are to fault here.
    To begin, wheat, which makes up roughly 80% of the standard diet, is metabolically no different than sugar. It turns from bread into Glucose and spikes insulin in the body. Which that converts all of the glucose into fat rather than energy. When the fat is stored, the body needs to work harder with less fuel, so it causes inflammation. Inflammation causes the swelling of these arteries. The swelling causes damage to the arterial walls to which cholesterol, the repair mechanism of the body, swarms the area, causing large build ups of plaque.
    To avoid cardiovascular disease, people need to stop eating bread. But on to Soybean and Vegetable Oils. These oils are highly processed, not natural and cause just as much damage in the heart. These oil structures are boiled, cooked down, pressed and processed. To the point where they are essentially foriegn invaders in our body. It's basically LDL without HDL. Without HDL to remove and regulate LDL, the LDL will continue to stick to arterial walls and generate inflammation and plaque just the same as glucose will. Its damaging to your body.
    Want to stop and reverse cardiovascular disease before it starts in your body? Remove breads, pastas and sugar. Stop eating unhealthy oils. Eat more natural omega 3s and 6 oils, more olive, coconut and avocado oils. And for the love of god, get active.

    1:54 "a whole host of problems can occur from the buildupof plaque in our arteries, the exact cause of the disease is unknown" - What? We know why! It is caused by eating too many high refined carbs mixed with low quality fat. This will trigger a big explosion in the production of your GIP hormones and insulin response and adipose storage will shoot up to unhealthy levels. Too much GIP hormone and insulin will damage your adipocytes your fat cells and leading to a whole range of negative mechanisms, leading to liver and systemic body wide hyperinsulinemia, and insulin resistance , that in turn leads to atherogenic dyslipidaemia. So your high particle counts shoot up, your low HDL , your high LDL, bad cholesterol, bad rations is coming from this. Elevated glucose and insulin drive oxidative stress though endothelia damage in your arteries. So don't eat shitty carbohydrates and low quality fats like vegetable and seed oils. They are factory made and are bad for you. If you want to learn more, look up Ivor Cummins BE(Chem) CEng MIEI PMP.

      it is a common misconception that primitive humans didn't become 70 year old. They regularly did. The only reason that life expectancy was so low, is because of the fact that the statistic includes child death. If you take out death of children before the age of 10, then the life expectancy would actually be rather close to the one that we have today. General lifestyle back then was usually far healthier than today's lifestyle too, mostly because of daily "sports". A lot of the medicine that we depend upon nowadays, would have no use 200.000 years ago.
