    What a blast from the past, a real em. Thanks for posting this selection. Oh how I would love to take a trip back for a year or three to enjoy those fabulous classes of engine again...

    1:40 Achnasheen - what a fantastic place for (real) trains to cross
    I believe that the station building burnt down some years ago and that it all looks sadly desolate nowadays

    I was a fireman out of eastfield traction depot springburn Glasgow 1974 drove many class 37s queen st station to Oban on the west highland line push & pulls class 27 queen st to Waverley Edinburgh
